My BMW X5 has been at this shop for almost 5 months. I am so fed up I can’t even tell you.
The accident happened June 4 2024 and it’s October 18 2024. I’ve never in my life heard of anything like this. They continue to blame my insurance adjustor for the Wrong parts order but they should’ve went by my make and model for the parts. I’ve had to constantly call them and they still don’t have my car finished. This is terrible. DO NOT TAKE your car here for repair. So for real and not kidding… November 4 is 5 months. You tell me if you’ve ever heard of such a disaster? I’m very afraid my car will be a mess when I get it. I may have to hire an attorney. These people are shameful!

Really easy people to work with when trying to get something done and the work done was great quality, like new. I was happy they got me in quick for an estimate and was able to schedule soon when I wanted it fixed too. And the estimate was accurate with no surprisees once the work was done. Very nice people and it makes the process easy! Car was done a day sooner than said!

I have dealt with numerous other body shops and I have to say that this was one of the nicest and accommodating shops I have dealt with. My repair was minor and they took care of it in record time as I was heading back north for the summer so time was a consideration. Their price was more than fair and the job was very well done. I highly recommend them.

I'm very disappointed with the services this place has 6 months ago i went into labor and hit a curb on the way to the hospital popping 2 tires and a bent rim my car was towed there and they offered to fix it after getting the 2 tires and rim they told me I needed a rack and pinion they had my car for a month costing over 2000$ when I picked it up it still wasn't right and started making a sound I called them to bring it back and they told me sorry its an engine problem every mechanic ive talked to since has told me that has nothing to do with the steering and now my car is even worse im afraid to drink it it makes a loud humming noise and sounds like the front tires are gonna fall off they were supposed to call me back with a solution and never did they don't care about their customers I paid them to mess up my car!

This is the worst bodyshop in all of swfl, my car has been around for 4 months, supposedly it was 6 weeks and they still don't have an estimate completion date, when you go there they only tell you lies, saying next week it's ready blah blah blah and it’s not , I only recommend it stay away from this place. This is disrespectful.

Every week we get the "run around" on our mustang which they have had for a few months. We are told lies just to get us off the phone and every day "the car will be ready tomorrow" The car is is still in pieces (4mths later)!! we went to see it finally
