I will never go this bank location again to cash my employee check. My boss has an account with these people, and I've been cashing my check for about 2 and a half months. Two different times they gave me a hard time when cashing a payroll check. Both times I tried cashing my check the reasons were totally absurd. The first time was because I had three checks, and this last time, 10/1/2015, was because my signature didn't match all the previous 8 times I cashed a check at that location. Be aware that every time I've been there, they look at my driver's license, and make me put a thumb print on the front of the check. Also, the checks are from THEIR banks. I've seen the same two tellers every single time and they recognize me. My face hasn't changed, matching the driver's license, and the finger prints still matched. So after over two months of cashing checks there, I was all of a sudden being treated like a criminal. They claimed it was for security reasons. Have any of you reading this ever signed your name exactly the same way every time? Or do you know anyone else that has? No !, of course not. After about 15 minutes of this screening, the check was finally cashed as if this was my first time there. As a result of waiting so long, I was almost late for work. The irony of this is that I was almost late for work, in the very place they doubted I worked at, trying to cash a check THEY provided my employer. AFTER CASHING ABOUT 8 PREVIOUS CHECKS, at that location, I get this treatment. I will never go back to this location ever again. This place sucks.
