It's a bank . Just need more tellers when there people 15 / 20 deep waiting But still a nice bank helpful courteous friendly people sometimes ATM is working guess i catch it at wrong time .. Money or service

Not sure why the low reviews. This is by far the best BOA branch in the entire city. Everyone from Joanne to Kim are so very helpful and professional. Always greet you with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
