I had the best experience at this location over any other Autozone location that I've visited. Melina took care of me when I came in for a new battery. Although she was newer to the team, she was very attentive to my needs and all my questions. My car needed a new battery and Leo went above and beyond to change my car battery in the hot SWFL sun! My car battery had corroded and the installation was definitely not an easy one but Leo wouldn't give up until the job was done. I am very pleased with the customer service and will be recommending this location to family and friends. Thank you again Melina and Leo!

Pacheco was awesome today. I had a check engine light and he printed me out my diagnostic within minutes. Definitely made me feel a little bit better knowing it wasn't anything crazy but so glad that AutoZone is here. Thank you.

Came in due to my car battery dying. Turns out last time it was replaced it was the wrong battery. Pacheco helped me out a lot today and gave me a lot of good information. Recommend coming here and having him assist with any issues!!!

I went to this location yesterday because I needed to check my battery, and I was helped by Tony who was amazing, he explained everything I need to know, he gave me a little input on other issues I had, and his customer service was 10/10. I would definitely recommend this location if you ever need guidance on your car!!

Having just discovered a dead battery at 7:30 p.m., I was fortunate to have a friend willing to jump the battery so I could get to AutoZone -- I had a wonderful memory of what a good job another AutoZone location had done one night when my husband and I had found ourselves with a dead battery just before closing. However, arriving at 8:10 pm, this location said that they would only sell the battery, with no assistance removing the old or installing the new because it was "after 8 pm.". They said this was because it was dark outside, so I can only assume they won't perform any battery assistance in the winter even earlier. Save your money, avoid being stranded, and go somewhere else if your battery death occurs in the evening!
