Automotive Concepts has been my go-to mechanic for many years. They're the best around period. They're fair, honest, affordable, care for their customers whether new or old, and do the job right. I cannot give a higher recommendation. Whether it's American, Jap, or European, maintenance, minor or major repairs, upgrades, accessories, etc; these are the best people around to take care of your needs. My wife loves them too!

Highly recommend this company. I’m new to Fort Myers. Paul and his team took the time to “correctly” diagnosed the problem and not just change out parts. It was the third time that my air conditioning had gone bad and he has been the only company that has been willing to fix this and not overcharge me for unreasonable or unneeded parts, etc. AAA +

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. The arrogance and the lack of knowledge is completely unbelievable. I had bought direct fit headers that I spend extra money on to connect to my x-pipe system that I had just put on a few months before. When I went to pick up the car he completely changed the exhaust system to straight pipes. I was livid he said he couldn't get it to work. Which is a complete lie!!! He just arrogant and just does what he wants to do. And charged me $2,000 more than what we agreed on. He cut the cable to the starter because he couldn't unscrew it. Then he drilled a hole in my block to make the starter to work. The car was so loud I couldn't even drive it. When I questioned him on it he just started yelling and acting like a moron. I took it straight to another mechanic to fix it properly and cost me another $1,500. To put it back to the way it was. Now a year later I come to find out he took off the valve covers and timing chain cover to put the headers on. But he used silicone to put it back together instead of the proper gaskets because he was being cheap and arrogant. Because of that I have a major oil leaks and it's going to cost me $5850 to repair. My alternator is soaked with oil and that's just started giving me trouble. You owe me $7350. For making changes that were not asked for and causing major oil leaks on my car so I can get it repaired properly. If you decide to ignore me I will be getting a lawyer and I also will be putting this post everywhere. You do not deserve to be in business!!! You have 3 days to respond otherwise I'm getting my lawyer and I'm going to sue you for a lot more than the 7850!!!! Plus my alternator!!!!! And I want the 2000 back that you overcharge me. Totaling $9850 plus my alternator.

I have been having a hard time finding a good auto repair shop/mechanic and I just happen to stop by at Automotive Concepts since it was affiliated with my extended warranty through CarMax. I am so happy I did! Paul was great! Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I work a few minutes down the road from the shop and he was nice enough to drop me off at work while they worked on my car. For something that other dealerships told me would take days and I would have to leave my car overnight, he did it all in a few hours. He even brought my car back to me!!!! I am extremely grateful and now you have another loyal customer! I would DEFINITELY recommend Automotive Concepts. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!

Huge shout out and thank you to Paul and the rest of the car magicians at AUTOMOTIVE CONCEPTS in Fort Myers! giggingphone.wixsite.com…They worked their magic on my baby and she's running better than she has in YEARS!!I can't say enough good things about this business! They had my car up and running in just 24 hours after having to be towed there after their work day. They were honest, EXTREMELY FAIR AND AFFORDABLE, and so nice! It's so hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays, especially as a woman who knows nothing about cars... you more often than not get taken advantage of...but not here!!!! 10/10 recommend to anyone in SWFL!

My 2025 Jeep Patriot has been held hostage by the service team at Honda of Fort Myers for a month and 1/2 waiting on parts. After speaking with Paul and his team at Automotive concepts I had my Jeep delivered to his shop and fixed within a day. Best of all he was able to use my warranty as well. The crew here gives you the vibe of that good ol’ boy garage I miss from up north. The customer service tops any I have found in the years I have been here, they are NOT trying to upcharge and scam their customers and really work with you on scheduling!Very great group of guys with extensive knowledge of cars.

Asked them to SIMPLY replace the two balding tires on my vehicle. I had one month earlier replaced two of the four at another location. Asked them to order two identical tires for the replacement. So far so good. When I arrived to pick up my car I found that they removed the two new tires that I just replaced one month earlier and replaced THEM leaving the two bald tires I asked to be replaced on the car. I can't make this stuff up. Then the "mechanic" that screwed this simple job up started spewing "F" bombs in my direction RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE OWNER WHO SAID AND DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. I see that since this episode they have moved to a new location. Let us hope that they left their bad attitudes and horrific work ethic at the previous location. I highly doubt it. Enter at your own risk...

Thank YOU Paul and Crew!!!!! My lifesaver for TIRES on my BMW. The BEST price in town (and I called ALL over FM). Paul educated me on tires and made sure I was comfortable with the BEST option for my car. I will DEFINITELY continue to bring my BMW to be serviced at AUTOMOTIVE CONCEPTS. ;)

Great place,My transmission gave out on a Saturday and Paul (I believe that’s his name) came and Limped my car over to his shop for me FREE of charge.My car was ready to go by Monday for a reasonable price. He also didn’t try to over charge me for a new battery or anything like that. Just straight to the point.I recommend this place for anyone in the area!
