After a long and frustrating experience with the Caliber location on Sunshine Boulevard in Lehigh Acres—where I had to return six or seven times for the same unresolved issue—I finally decided to bring my vehicle to the Andrea Lane location. The Lehigh Acres location, unfortunately, had poor workmanship, no proper quality control, and a general manager (Jessie) who seemed more annoyed than helpful. The contrast between the two locations is night and day.

They were professional and actually explained what needed to be done to fix the AC and why. The pricing was fair given the amount of labor needed , and the work was finished on time as promised , and my car’s AC runs just as cold as it did before it had issues. “I’ve been to this facility twice now. The first time was for my timing belt. I was nervous because I normally go to the Dealer but it is becoming way too expensive. So I tried Certified which was less than half of the dealer price. I received an estimate and was able to schedule sooner than I expected. I immediately felt the mom and pop shop vibe when I walked in which I loved! I was greeted by Olivia. She has made the check-in & check-out process super easy and stress free. My vehicle was completed sooner than I was actually promised. Then when I arrived to pickup my vehicle the technician happened to be inside and went over my repair with me. That doesn’t happen anymore!! I have also spoken with 2 other gentlemen in the office when calling and every time everyone has always been extremely friendly & helpful. I had such a great first time experience I scheduled my spark plugs to be replaced. I had this service completed today. Again great service! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! “Back in mid-october I had my Kia 2015 optima engine replaced under warranty the whole process probably took two and a half weeks by the time I dropped it off and pick my car back up with a long block remanufactured engine before that the car was running great with no issues since I bought it 2 in half years ago was driving south on the Edison Bridge and all of sudden the car shuts off without no warning I tried to restart it but nothing silent.My car runs great now and I want to give A thumbs up to Jeff the service advisor who helped me through the whole process the only money out of my pocket was $200 only to clean the fuel injectors which I did not mine to pay for the car only had 67,000 mi on it l . My process was very easy to get my engine replaced under lifetime warranty want to thank Kia of fort Myers for everything they did for me . Very Professional Thank You”
