“Looking at some of the other customer reviews, I was confident that my car was in good hands before dropping it off, now I can say that from personal experience. Tesla had a minor incident and the bumper needed repairs and full repaint. Happy to report that car looks as good as new. The best part is the great deal for the job, very reasonable rates. “Quick in and out. Came without an appointment to get a tire and rim mounted together and only took 30 minutes (without an appointment) super nice staff and also very helpful.
Called a few times with questions and got a few different guys pick up the phone, each were very helpful.

“I had the best experience at this location over any other Autozone location that I've visited. Melina took care of me when I came in for a new battery. Although she was newer to the team, she was very attentive to my needs and all my questions. My car needed a new battery and Leo went above and beyond to change my car battery in the hot SWFL sun! My car battery had corroded and the installation was definitely not an easy one but Leo wouldn't give up until the job was done. I am very pleased with the customer service and will be recommending this location to family and friends. Thank you again Melina and Leo!”

“I've been ordering from import image racing for the past 5 or so years and they've never disappointed! Prices are always reasonable, shipping and processing is always very quick regardless of where in the country I've lived, and customer service is always on point.
Most recently I ordered the wrong type of oil and noticed right away, within 15 minutes and a few emails, Alicia from their team was able to modify my order process the price difference and get my order corrected to the right item! I've had similar great experiences with their team when forgetting to add some items to my cart and needing them added into my orders. Always quick and easy to get what I need taken care of.”

“Hubby an I on a mission to purchase two batteries for our motorhome. As soon as we approached the counter the Asst. Store Mgr Devin N. greeted us. I asked about the 20% off if ordering online using code June20. He said absolutely yes ma'am you can do that. So we order online for store pick up on my phone but order stayed as pending due to Bank of America. We phoned Bank of America and couldn't get past the automatic phone system to speak to anyone. We then used a Capitol One Card it wouldn't go thru due to fraudulent suspicion Alert! I had to phone them to verify it was me! Devin was very understanding during the entire process. He assisted us seniors with the entire process and even wheeled the two big batteries to our car & loaded them for us! Excellent service the kind we use to get years ago in my hometown!! Thank you Devin for Exceptional Customer Service!

“10/10 would reccomend American Collision to anyone with their car repairs! The whole process was smooth, timely, and my car came out better than I even expected. Bob is amazing at getting back to his customers within a reasonable time & answering all their questions. My whole trunk was destroyed from a car accident & my repairs came out amazing! I truly would recommend choosing this place if they have the room for you, you will NOT regret it! I will definitely be coming back if I ever need a repair. American collision is also VERY reasonable in pricing.”

“One of the best experiences I’ve had at an Auto Body auto shop here in Fort Myers since I’ve been here. I’ve only been here for two years but I’ve had my car in a lot of different places and the service here was absolutely top-notch. Hillary was very helpful very knowledgeable and extremely nice, I would highly recommend taking your vehicle if you need bodywork done! Very honest as well! I would give them 10 stars, but I could only give them five!”
“Very good place to buy your spare parts with ?️ good prices, and excellent service, if you are going to buy tires for your motorcycle it is the best place since they have the tires and assemble them in the same place, what you do have to do is ask for the availability but if there aren't any, they order them and in less than a week you will have them”
“I took my vehicle to Galeana Kia for service this time because it is much closer to where I live. It was Saturday, yet everyone was very friendly and cheerful. The only thing I didn't agree with was their policy that if you use a credit card for payment, an additional 3% is added to your bill. I don't carry much cash, but I did have my debit card with me by chance, that day, and avoided the additional fee. I did not have this issue at Airport Kia.”

The metal splash guard on my cr-v was dragging after driving through some very rough terrain and I really needed it fixed today since I couldn’t get time off work tomorrow. I drive a lot for work so it would have been extremely annoying and also very damaging for my car to drag it around for another day. I drove to 3 different auto body shops in the area and they were either closed or too busy to fix it today. I happened to see the Napa sign and remembered all the TV commercials from back in the day and so I pulled in.
I got there a little bit before 4:30pm and they were able to get my car looked at and fixed before 5pm. Everyone was so nice and helpful! Even though I showed up last minute they still took a look at my car and performed a speedy service! I’ll definitely be back when I need my car looked at again.”
“Best Line-X in the area by a long shot! Also an amazing body, paint and auto repair shop all in one! Had a horrible experience with the Fort Myers Line-X, but thankfully a friend told me there was one in Cape Coral. Paul the owner is amazing! Years of experience, fair on pricing and always goes above and beyond to get your vehicle in and the work done right! They did a perfect job on the Line-X! Didn’t cut corners like some others and just spray all over everything! While there I asked about paint matching my grill and Paul said no problem. Few days later I dropped the grill off and they had it back to me quickly and the paint job is fantastic! Seriously can’t recommend this shop enough! Paul has the years of experience to get the job right and you feel that when you walk in the shop. Like it used to be before big corporations and chains took over and you just became a number. Customer service and friendly attitudes still exists here! Call them! You won’t regret it!”

“Finally, a mechanic that knows their trade, trustworthy, reliable and fair with pricing. Bill set me up with an appointment. He put my vehicle on the lift. Showed and explained me what’s going on with my muffler system. He also gave me the option to purchase my muffler from a franchise that I wanted to. Within a week Bill removed my old system and installed my new muffler. Wonderful work and craftsmanship. My car is breathing and moving well. Horsepower has increased. Very happy, happy, happy.”
