“I can’t thank Shane and Frankie at Caliber Collision on Andrea Lane enough for their outstanding service and professionalism. After a long and frustrating experience with the Caliber location on Sunshine Boulevard in Lehigh Acres—where I had to return six or seven times for the same unresolved issue—I finally decided to bring my vehicle to the Andrea Lane location. What a difference!
Shane and Frankie were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to really assess the problem. They got everything fixed right the first time and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, they honored the warranty work without any hassle, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.
The Lehigh Acres location, unfortunately, had poor workmanship, no proper quality control, and a general manager (Jessie) who seemed more annoyed than helpful. The contrast between the two locations is night and day.
If you’re looking for real professionals who stand behind their work, skip the runaround and head straight to Caliber Collision on Andrea Lane. Shane and Frankie are a true credit to the company!”

“I've been ordering from import image racing for the past 5 or so years and they've never disappointed! Prices are always reasonable, shipping and processing is always very quick regardless of where in the country I've lived, and customer service is always on point.
Most recently I ordered the wrong type of oil and noticed right away, within 15 minutes and a few emails, Alicia from their team was able to modify my order process the price difference and get my order corrected to the right item! I've had similar great experiences with their team when forgetting to add some items to my cart and needing them added into my orders. Always quick and easy to get what I need taken care of.”

“Back in mid-october I had my Kia 2015 optima engine replaced under warranty the whole process probably took two and a half weeks by the time I dropped it off and pick my car back up with a long block remanufactured engine before that the car was running great with no issues since I bought it 2 in half years ago was driving south on the Edison Bridge and all of sudden the car shuts off without no warning I tried to restart it but nothing silent.My car runs great now and I want to give A thumbs up to Jeff the service advisor who helped me through the whole process the only money out of my pocket was $200 only to clean the fuel injectors which I did not mine to pay for the car only had 67,000 mi on it l .
