“Called in to have a vehicle put onto my policy, I must say I did not like talking to majority of the people there they seem like they were trying to rush, rush, rush, and then I decided to hang up and call back again, and I received a nice young woman by the name of Heidi? she took her time. She listened and she went over and beyond literally stayed after hours to make sure that what I was trying to do with my vehicle was accomplished.
