Chris and his team won't stop until the job is done and done perfectly. Thanks for making my windshield replacement so easy. I called them, they took my insurance info and that was the extent of my involvement. They came to my office and replaced it in the parking lot. Amazing. Thanks!!!

I contacted auto glass warehouse thru statefarm, they sent a repair tech out he stated the gaskets needed to be replace. I sent management a link to a company that had the gaskets. ten days later auto glass warehouse FINALLY returned my call and stated I had to remove the windshield from the car, purchase the gaskets AND bring the glass and frame to them! Don’t use auto glass warehouse lazy no-good company

I would not recommend this company. After two months, two windshields, and paying $460 for a windshield replacement for a Jeep Gladiator, I am left with a windshield that is delaminated. Chris, who answered the phone and thought my windshield was fixed yesterday, decided I should not be upset with the run around and decided to hang up on me when I asked for my money back. They were unable to perform the job that they were paid for. Waste of time and money!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Hurricane Ian took out our back windshield, and AGW got us scheduled quickly. Installation was quick and professional, and we're very happy with the results! Cost was $200 less than what Safelite was estimating, and they offered free mobile service! Highly recommended and will use them for any future window replacements.

I had a very positive experience with Auto Glass Warehouse, located in Fort Myers, FL. Tony's customer service was above and beyond. He worked with my car dealer to fit me in, less than 24 hours before I had to catch a flight. The car had to be done. Just amazing! Thank you Tony. Everyone here had a smile on their face! They were super helpful & professional. Estimated time to complete the job was 2-3 hours & they were finished in 1hr 45mins! I will definitely call them for any future window issues. Wish every company was as nice and efficient!

I could not give higher praise to the team at Auto Glass Warehouse. I went to the Fort Myers location for windshield replacement in my 05 Newmar DutchStar. There were a number of issues in dealing with my insurance company and, they supplied aftermarket windshields which did not fit. As you can expect this caused me a great deal of concern. Auto Glass Warehouse worked with my insurance company and we’re very involved in solving the issue. I now have OEM glass that fits beautifully and I’ll be happily on my way.It’s hard to find any business these days with old school style, Customer Service is number one with them and they were diligent to provide it. If you have an issue give them a call you won’t be disappointed.

6/2021,I went by the office gave them measurement for glass to cover 1 dressers and 2 beside table.they delivered.the dresser and one bedside table fits perfectly.but one dresser was way off.office was close by so they went back to their got the correct fitting and fix the issue immediately.The also did my 2 bathroom in 2020 after my remodelling and did a good job. Ill use them again.
