“We're thinking of switching from another car wash. My husband is a chauffeur, we typically have multiple vehicles that we are in daily to wash. With my company as well. The car wash that we currently use has damp clean towels and window cleaner plus a few other advantages. But the service is lacking and the bar codes always seem to have trouble. I do have to say that Rikki was great. She kind of sold me on your car wash, which is actually closer to home as well. But your air guns are low pressure and car wash slightly lacking some other advantages that other companies have. Otherwise we would be members. Thanks! Happy new year!”
“Here you cannot dry the car with a cloth after washing, you just arrive, vacuum and wash, and leave with the car for your home or destination. In the other you can dry by hand and vacuum after washing.”
“If you live in Cape Coral then you know that you will get a nail in your tire monthly. Since all the home builders don't like to clean the street after they erect. Reyes tire charges $20 to pull and patch. I've been there 10 times. Thanks to the careless builders and their discarded nails”

Recently I noticed that the level of service had dropped. It was taking longer to get my truck washed and they were severely understaffed. I reached out to higher level managers/owners in the company. AND BOY DID THEY RESPOND!!!!
Such a refreshing experience to collaborate with a company that listens and acts quickly and completely. In less than a week they had a high-level manager on site working with existing employees and bringing more new ones on. How is that for listening to the customer?
The difference was like night and day. And keep in mind they were doing very well and then seemed to veer, off course a bit. But now, they are on fire and doing great work.
I NOTICED THEY HAVE A MANAGER Tristen Ramos working the intake area where they do the vacuuming and prep for the wash. He is an example of an outstanding and eager to please person as he asked me a couple of times, was there anything he could do for me extra. This type of customer service is what keeps me coming back. He was working his area making sure things were moving and his team was operating at 100%.
When they show they care and want to make it right, people like Delia, Tristen and Miguel are standouts.
MY PREVIOUS REVIEW
I am very particular about car washing services as I used to have a large detail business in Chicago. My brand-new Orange TACO is something I take care of judiciously. Most monthly carwash programs are eh :( because you still must wipe down the car yourself and clean the inside.
With Eager Beaver (I am on their monthly program)
They do interior vacuum/ wipe it down.
They wipe the car dry.
They clean the glass inside and out.
They dress the tires and make sure the wheels are clean.
They go around and multiple workers continue to make sure they did not miss anything.
After 4 visits I AM SOLD ON THEM!!!!
Delia Rodriguez was perhaps the biggest surprise as the first couple of times after walking around my vehicle she came over, gave me her card and said any problems see her, and the next time I am in with my dirty pickup she will make sure they do a better prep before the wash. You cannot argue with that type of service. And she continues to say hi to me every time I come in. She is super and if you do not know her, get to know her. SHE CARES!
I know sometimes it is a good experience and sometimes it can be not so good. If you are not happy seek her or Miguel, another customer service focused employee. They are there to make us happy customers, so always give them a chance to fix it.
But for me, Delia, and the work her team does, is 5 out of 5 stars from me.
They earned it and will have me as a customer for a long time.”
