We found this place looking for a Diagnostic Center for our vehicle, we must say that luckily at AUTO AIR & ELECTRIC we found a professional staff who knows what they are doing, with a lot of charisma, reasonable price, responsible and with very good treatment. We must recognize Mr. John, Don the owner, Cathy and all the mechanics. We made this comment in Spanish for those people who can't find a place that speaks their language, they help them. Our recommendation ? of this place. Thank you infinite??

DO NOT EVEN CALL !!! They are claiming they are booked solid for 4 months ?
If they are really that busy, why not open 5-10 more locations - what a LIAR just because I had an out of state phone number.

If I could give a 10000 star I would. I got myself into a bad situation and ended up here. I’m always fearful of places trying to just make a quick buck or flat out over charge and being dishonest. Don helped out tremendously and even went as far as letting me know fixing it just wasn’t worth it.He fought for us when another lied and said they would fix it.So I’m sorry for those other reviews that said bad things. I had a good outcome here and I hope you allow this location a chance. Thank you Don for being a good person and helping me through this hard time in your own way.

Air conditioner in our car wasn’t working, we called for service and they got us right in. They diagnosed it and fixed it…it was very reasonable. The team Went to work right away and diagnosed my h v a c system to determine why it was no longer blowing cold air.Sadly, I had brought it to another mechanic who replaced several components that failed, causing other issues to occur.After explaining me what was happening, John came out. Gave me a detailed breakdown of what was taking place, and in turn gave me a detailed estimate of all that needed to be done in order to resolve the issue.Now my wife and I just have to consider the cost value versus the car value to see if it makes sense at this point.These guys are great, and they're very honest and upfront. And also honest on their opinion. Whether something is really worth fixing at this point.
