Went in at 0729PM to buy a new iphone 15 pro, but was told by a male sales associate with glasses that they do not do activations past 0730PM because it takes a while. Poor experience

Went in on Saturday to get a mobile hotspot. The girl working was not familiar with them and went to get someone else. Apparently the other individual refused to come out and attempted to just tell her about them. It became 20 minutes of this poor girl needing to run back and forth trying to help us until the other girl FINALLY decided to come talk to us. Eventually we got everything sorted and my item was set to be delivered. Received notification that it was there today so my husband stopped to pick it up on his way home. When he got there the gentleman was extremely rude and condescending. Told my husband it was not there and kept saying "I don't know what to tell you man, we only got three deliveries and yours isn't here". Turn out the girls Saturday put my fathers first name on the delivery but the last name was the same. So the staff was so lazy they couldn't think to ask if there was a different first name or to even pull up our account and see what was delivered. They just tried to rush my husband out of the store and ignore us. We will be changing phone companies next month after this ridiculous ordeal.

My wife and I visited AT&T at Gulf Center Dr. on 12/9/23. We brought in our fully paid off iPhone 13 Pro 128gb and and Samsung Note 20 128gb with the intention of switching from T-Mobile if the price was right. After being quoted approximately $115 per month due to us qualifying for $1000 off for trading in each phone and my wife's hospital discount. My wife chose the Samsung Ultra 23 512gb and I got the iPhone 15 Pro 256gb. The first issue occurred when we noticed that the sales associate switched the gbs for each phone and instead had charged me for a iPhone 15 pro 512gb. My wife and I noticed the error after paying the taxes on the phone, but they were able to refund us the difference in taxes that day. My wife's phone had to be ordered since they did not have it in store. We we returned home, we logged into the myAT&T app and noticed that the associate had ordered a 256gb Samsung instead of the 512gb that we requested. We called and notified them of the error and were told that we would have to return the phone to store when is it delivered so that they can return it and order the correct phone. When we went to the store for the second time, my wife read the details of the new order and asked if they were sure that they were ordering the correct phone this time and they reassured us that they were; well, turns out that they ordered the exact same INCORRECT 256gb phone again. We called customer service and were, again, told that we would need to deliver the phone to that store since they were the ones who ordered it...we told them that we live busy lives and live nearly 20 miles away from this location and not one time were there any talks of reimbursement for our gas or time wasted in order to fix the problems their sales associates caused.On our third trip to the store, the sales associate apparently drove to nearby location to get the correct phone...they agreed to refund the taxes we paid for the two incorrect phones they ordered, but as of today only one has been refunded. During this process, we also noticed that the amount that we are being billed in the myAT&T is vastly different than what we were quoted in the store. There are charges on the bill that, had we not called customer service about- like a hometech package- we would have been billed for without our knowledge. The customer service rep essentially told us to pay whatever we are billed for the first bill and they will figure out how to accurately bill us for the second bill... my wife and I were stunned to hear this. My wife's phone still does not show up on the bill and the bill for just my phone alone is higher than what we were quoted for two phones...We are highly frustrated with the numerous mistakes made by this store's sales-associates that have cost my wife and I time and money...not to mention the bill that makes absolutely no sense. To add insult to injury, my wife called and was told that the store manager would call her back today in order to rectify the issue with our second refund, but no one called her. Now, I will be visiting the store for the fourth time tomorrow in order to speak with the manager in person...marking 3 trips, 120 miles roundtrip to hopefully, resolve issues that were caused by the staff at this location. I request a response from the store owner as I see that they have responded to previous reviews...Something needs to be done about this.As of 1/18/24- despite sending my contact information to their leadership team, per ATT's request, no one has contacted me and we were just bill over $300 for this month. This makes no sense! Frustrated does not begin to capture how we feel.

My wife and I went to go and trade in our phones for the new 15 standards and our assistance by Kia was fantastic. She’s very polite, helpful, patient, and informative. Alexander was also of great assistance to us in answering questions about billing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience - thank you Gulf Coast AT&T!

Everything went great! Only complaint I have is there was just one person working so it took about 30-35 minutes to get help but after that, the guy was wonderful!
