They took 2 hours to try and set up I watch and nick tried to help me. Not satisfactory. And black employees told me I couldn't eat a bit of food. And they said there Internet went out what kind of business operates like this. Won't be back.

Kishawn was amazing help. My boyfriend and I went in to upgrade our 12 pro max to the 15 pro max. It was such an easy process and he was very helpful! Thanks for setting us up before the new year! We hope you have a great one!

Strongly Recommend staying away from this store. Visited store to get help with the bill. Sadly, Chris at the store was condesending and offered no help. Told me to call the 1-800 number. Told Chris I did that already twice and issue was not resolved. Also told Chris I was on the line for hours, talked with three people, and it was hard to understand them. Chris then never asked how he could help resolve my issue, basically shrugged his shoulders and said "there is nothing else I can do."People of Fort Myers, You can do Better . . .

Usually, I dread buying a new phone, but had a surprisingly GREAT experience at the Jamaica Bay store on Tamiami Trail. The young man who helped me (his name was 'Christian') gave me outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and extremely patient with my poor technology skills. This is the AT&T Store I will always go to from now on. I highly recommend it - especially if Christian takes care of you.

We had a great experience at this store!Especially because of our service representative, Leighton! He was very knowledgeable about the products and services. He genuinely cared about our satisfaction. He was helpful in choosing the right product and services for our needs. He made us completely satisfied and saved us money from our previous cellular provider. I can highly recommend this office and Leighton.

This review is not on the store. It is about 5g signal from att. It is horrible. Totally useless. Leaves me hanging all the time without service when I needed it. I don't know if it's att or all service that is 5 g is horrible. Go back to 4g lte. Att service does not allow you to switch between the two like other setvice providers I've had. Why? Beats me. I'll be switching soon.
