Poor customer service. I ordered online and went to pick up my items. The cashier was friendly enough but the woman that got my items treated me like I was a huge inconvenience. I could hear her complaining to the cashier over the 2 way radios they use. If you don't want to help customers, consider a career change.

Tons of selection but a lot of it is for an older crowd. Might be able to find something good but lots of it is pretty cheesy… even so, the place is huge and has lots to choose from

They do no quality control of their returned items - check what you buy before you leave the store. Purchased a piece of halloween decor that was used, rusted, broken and previously returned. Was stuck with it after driving 45 minutes home and them telling me there was nothing they can do about it because it was their last one at the store and they didn't have a warehouse to get a new one from.

This store was very well stocked with tons of merchandise. It's clean and well laid out. The variety is endless. The prices are OK but more expensive than places like Home Goods. The sale and clearance items were very competitive. It's a very big store.

This is just an overpriced store with cheap items. It won’t surprise me if this becomes the next bed bath and beyond store that shuts down. They need to seriously bring there prices on items down it’s ridiculous. ?

Huge selection of just about anything you'd want for your home. And at a great price! Cashiers and other employees are helpful and friendly.

I can appreciate that the store was well Stocked and clean. It was so empty on a Saturday afternoon and my friend and I made several comments that all the merchandise looks like it's something I would have purchased in 2015 (they still carey a lot of the same items that they had back then too). This isn't the stores fault but i just dont see At Home sticking around for much longer unless they refresh their products. We didn't find anything and went to World Market and Home Goods instead.

Had an online pick up order but was not sure the item I picked was the correct size. They help me find the exact item I needed and showed me where it was. I LOVE THIS STORE!

I was walking around the store yesterday and I ask this guy for some help he shrugged me off and I kept looking and came in contact with shanoie who was one of the sweetest staff members I’ve encountered Id go back just to experience her genuine kindness thank you so much Shanoie.

*Things aren't "high end", thus, items aren't too expensive.*This store is huge!*Came across this by accident. I was looking for a rug... tried all the usual spots at the Gulf Coast Town Center so decided to give up. Driving out, we saw this store and certainly glad we stopped in because it had a ton of rugs!*Definitely a fun place to just shop around and pick up random stuff you don't need, but want.

I haven't been in Gulf Coast Center for a year. I decided I'll check it out today.I found this fantastic store called "at home".Never know about it. It's similar to Old Time Pottery but much better selection!I was looking for reversible plastic outdoor rugs for my lanais the last year or so. Nobody carries them. When I walked in to this store they had a bunch of those rugs and the price was great. They have very reasonable prices on everything!It made my day and left the store very happy!!I'll definitely go back again and I recommend it to everyone also!
