The sales team did a great idea of scheduling and communications. The product we selected was exactly what they brought, and they installed it efficiently and well. Everything was fully explained to us in terms of operation and all sorts of information was provided in the event event, we needed additional assistance. We were very happy with the service and quality of the product.

If you have Hunter Douglas products or our considering one, this is the place to go. Max is an expert on all things Hunter Douglas and his patience and knowledge are second to none. Very impressed with the store as well. I will be back here when and if I need Hunter Douglas products in the future.

The products we purchased (vertical sliders) are beautiful. The entire process from in-home consultation to delivery and installation was easy and professional. Most importantly, when we had an issue that required correction, the company was immediately responsive and had an installer at our home that same day to fix the problem!

I LOVE my new blinds! Max was wonderful to work with…going through all the options and patiently explaining the differences. Mike and Jose were amazing at the install. They were meticulous, clean, and kind. They helped explain how to use and set my blinds both on my App and with the remote. The experience wasn’t top notch!

This company was a delight to work with from the onset. Shaela, went above and beyond. I have 13-year-old Hunter Douglas automated blinds that quick working. In a call to Hunter Douglas, they said they were discontinued and really could not offer any help. I called around to dealers and came to Home Blinds & Decor. WELL, I HIT THE JACKPOT. Shaela said she would have her technician, Jose take a look and see if they had any parts. Well to my pleasant Suprise, Shaela called back and said they found some and could send Jose over to take a look and see if they would work. Jose came over and was able to instll the motors and got everything up and running. Jose was wonderful. Very courteous and helpful I CANNOT MORE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THEIR STAFF FOR GIVING SUCH WONDERFUL SERVICE. As a retired businessowner, this is how you do business and give service. Thanks Jose and Shaela.

Great Customer Service! Amazing Job installing Luminette. Ginger was super nice, and knowledgeable, came to our house, measure our lenai and the job was done in 3 wks. Very happy with this company. Recommend to everyone to check it out and use them.

Ginger took my call. I explained the problem. She told me what she could try and do. The blinds are 10 yrs. old. She managed to call around find the needed piece. She called back and set up an appointment. Jose came out and within 20 min. had the new mechanism installed. I hadn't received service like that in years.
