The staff here is condescending, rude and indifferent. When you purchase/lease a 75K car, you expect a little more class from both the dealership and service department. I love my car, I hate the service that this dealership provides. I gave them 1 star because 0 is not permitted. My cousin has the same automobile, but she purchased it at another dealership, where she is treated like a valued customer that she is, not like someone who purchased a used Yugo from some shady sales man.
Trading this in and going back to Mercedes. So sad because the only other dealer for Alfa is 90 miles from me.

I had the BEST car buying experience here. This is my 3rd Infiniti QX60 purchase and the other two experiences were not good from an unaffiliated dealer in Tampa. My husband would definitely get his next SUV from here, both of the salesmen were nice and gave me the out the door price ahead of time. I was a bit hesitant to buy because of the other reviews, but everyone here was extremely respectful of our time (we have three small children)... And everyone from the salesmen to the finance manager were amazing. We did not get the gimmicky or like shiesty sales vibe at all, we really had a great experience. 5 stars! Great jobs guys. I absolutely love my SUV!

Service technicians and service manager are extremely rude and unwilling to help. I wouldn’t even purchase a vehicle from here. I purchased my 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from here not knowing I would have issues with the windshield wipers being installed incorrectly. When I brought this to the managers attention they assumed it was from me getting paint work done on my hood from minor damage that I had from Hurricane Ian and they completely brushed me off.

The Sales team is very good. the Branch manager has the tendency to forget what he verbally promised his customers. I had an issue with the service department. Unfortunately they don't have their own service department, they are using the Galeana Service Center.....and what a nightmare that is. I used to drive a Mercedes and used to receive high end service with any of the Mercedes Dealer ships. Forget about that with the Alfa Service in Fort Myers. The disrespect you are being treated with is unbelievable. Would I buy an Alfa Romeo again.......for sure not......and it is not only about the service......the value loss this vehicle has is intense. Not recommended look into other Brands.

Can't say I can agree with all the 3 star and over ratings. My son's Alfa Romeo was worse after diagnosis than before. Of course, he didn't let them work on it after hearing the diagnosis and price. Taking it to another shop.

I contacted this dealership with the intention of buying a car. The only star is for Paolo, who sent me photos and video of the car I was hoping to purchase. Everything else was terrible. I initially was corresponding the first day via email. I never got any response the second day. Two days later, I got an email from the general manager stating that my initial email to him was sent to junk mail on accident. Paolo reached back out and sent me the information I requested. I was getting ready to agree to the vehicle but was given a final price that had an extra $899 dealer fee that their website stated should have been included in the offer price. As I was finalizing an agreed upon price with the manager and trying to get that cleared up, I received an abrupt email saying they decided not to sell the car and instead send it to auction or increase the price by thousands of dollars. I wasted multiple hours over multiple days trying to set up a trip with flights and hotels because I would have been coming from out of state and driving back. In the end, this fiasco probably saved me the inevitable misery of dealing with them in person.

My experiences in purchasing and servicing of the Alfa Romeo's purchased can't be further apart from Stuart FL vs Fort Myers/Galeana. Horrible buying experience, horrible service experiences. Galeana should NOT be able to keep their Alfa/Maserati franchise. They have over committed in their ability to properly service clients, weeks out for service and while friendly, unhelpful service personnel. I have a 2022 Stelvo that does nothing other than start and stops. Might as well be a 1972 vehicle, but at least I'd be able to play the radio in a 1972 vehicle.

Just purchased my Alfa Romeo Giulia from Paolo today! I have to say, without a doubt, insanely good customer service, he was very helpful and kind throughout the entire process, and rather importantly, extremely straight forward. Very happy with the customer service, even happier about the car!

Words can’t describe how amazing my experience was when I purchased my new 22 GIULIA. Paolo and Maurizio made the whole process quick and easy. There was no dealer “tricks or gimmicks” straight to the point and a great deal. They were attentive and made the whole process a pleasure. I bought my car recently from Paolo. I absolutely love my Alfa Romeo Giulia!!! He made the process seamless and always had my best interests at the forefront while conducting business. The dealership made me feel very welcome. From when I walked into the doors to driving off the lot were exceptional. I Would recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to consider Alfa Romeo of Ft. Purchased an Alpha Romeo Giulia from Paolo. Easy going, friendly, communicative. Showed us exactly what we we’re looking for. Easy transaction with the finance guy (Scottish guy with a red beard) I’m horrible with names. Only downside was they’re not currently working with the credit unions so interest rates a little high until we can refi in a couple months. Overall was a good experience.Update: Chris was my finance guys name.

1st of all. I probably will write a novel about my experience this week at my local Alpha Romeo Dealership. My daughter wanted an executive sports car and had done the research about the alpha Romeo q2. I had researched Alpha for the last 10 years and discovered that not only do they perform extremely well they have the least amount of mechanical failure in automobiles. (About 3%). And that's usually electric. Therfore I was very comfortable just walking into The Fort Myers Dealership. Upon arrival. Scott Shultes greeted me with a smile and a handshake. He did the same for my daughter and grandson. He acknowledged my daughter who made the appointment and then pretty much turned us loose. We looked at 4 cars and with Scott's experience we narrowed it down to 2. Then Scott went over in detail every component of the cars along with the history. Next came the test drive. I felt like Enzo Ferrari's Lemans Race Car driver behind the wheel. As we took a hairpin turn at 50 MPH I was screaming I WANT ONE. so Scott had me do an extensive drive to make sure it was the right car. When we returned to the Dealership. I met Mauricio the Manager. Wow what a gentleman. He gave us incentives to buy at the end of the month. We said we would be back tomorrow and try to leave a deposit. Scott said my word was my bond and refused to take my money. We went to dinner and discussed it privately. We all came to the conclusion that not only is this the best car. But the experience at this Dealership was impeccable. So we came back immediately and said if if you give my daughter a Keychain we'll buy it today. Mauricio said I have 1 left and came out with a 100 gift set of 2 Keychains and a pen. Then the financial man Chris from Scotland took over. I had never been treated with such low pressure by an incredible gentleman at any Dealership. And I thought my Last experience at Lexus was great. Chris made them look like a used car lot in the getto. All in all I fully endorse this Dealership and also recommend the Alpha Romeo Q2 for your sports car needs... Alan Hoover

From the first moment I stepped into this Dealership I had a comfortable feeling. It just felt good. Scott Shultes greeted me with a smile and a handshake. He also did the same thing for my daughter and grandson. He answered every question I could throw at him and I must have asked 40 different questions before we started looking at cars. On the lot we narrowed it down to 2 cars. On the test drive there was only 1 choice the Q2 Sports Car. I felt like Enzo Ferrari's Lemans Race Car driver behind the wheel taking hairpin turns at 60 MPH. Then I got to meet Mauricio who gave me perfect incentives to buy today without any pressure. The next day I met Chris in Finance. He's quite the gentleman from Scotland. Again no pressure. Every department took the time to do thier jobs in perfect detail explaining each feature necessary to insure professional results. Wow what a Dealership. I'll keep coming back and fully recommend always to everyone.

Most unaccommodating dealership experience Originally guaranteed loaner for Alfa repair and rescinded. Then left hanging on shuttle which was also assured. Canceled service after 3 week wait. Will not be buying this brand again. And never this horrible dealership!
