Been working with them for months and haven’t gotten nothing done. Paid deposit for them to start working gave us a 8-12 week completion period. (Their word) has been well over 12 weeks now. Once we are done we won’t be returning to do business here again. Customer service is great they are nice folks but don’t seem to wanna work, hard to communicate with. As I said before, good customer service but as a customer I’m not happy with how my business’s have been handled. I want to open up my shops on time and I can’t do that anymore because of the delay and lack of communication they have.

We had an emergency service call for one of our national clients and Advance Tek had all of our onboarding paper work finished in one day and they went out and finished the job the second day. Amazing fast and quality service from these people. I will use them any time I have work in the Ft. Myers area. Thanks Jackie!
