We had bought a battery from advanced auto parts company on metro parkway fort Myers. Today our truck got stuck with battery down. We recognized the battery was cooking hot.We went to several advanced Autoparts shops. All played stupid. Even the shop we have bought the battery played stupid and couldn’t find anything in the software. Even when the representative Paul said on the phone to come over and he will replace it when the sticker date is in the warranty time.When I got there he was making it difficult again and ask his so called supervisor. This guy was outstanding rude and dressed in a dirty Honda huddy. I couldn’t believe this person is a supervisor.We have bought the battery in this store and the warranty sticker is valid.One of the reps said “ this often happened in the past, when sellers sell the battery and overwrite the customer information. He was the only normal acting rep in this store.The battery is a “DieHard 65-2” the brand is exclusive product from advanced auto parts.I ask the so called supervisor for his name. He was not willing to give me the name. I said I will take action. I left the store and said “ thanks to let me come all the way after promising on the phone to replace it”.They said something rude and laughed loud.Another shop on Martin Luther had confirmed the purchase being in the system under commercial accounts.Why buying a battery from advanced auto parts when their warranty is a fake honing behind their own software incompetence. Obviously this is a systemic thing in Advanced Autoparts.Friends just telling me the same story with this company.I will contact The Consumer Affairs Office.This fraudulent tactics needs to be stopped.

My Die Hard battery died a month before warranty expired. They tested it, provided me with a new one and promptly installed it. I was back on the road in no time. No questions, no sweat.

I needed a new battery on Saturday. An employee I believe named Kirk (according to the receipt) helped me. He was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable in helping me pick out a battery and then he replaced it for me.

Just wanted to come up here and say that Conner was awesome. I came in to get some oil for my Mercedes sprinter van and ended up having an issue. Conner was extremely helpful in helping me to resolve the issue and was super polite. Thank you Conner!!
