Ace Performer has a great selection of water sports equipment for the Fort Myers and Sanibel area. Items include paddle boards, giant wave pads, kayaks, and wind surfers. We just completed a two week rental in Sanibel. Our equipment included the giant wave pad and a paddle board. Roy the owner/operator will deliver to your location. The equipment is in very good condition. The arrangements via text with Roy were seamless.

Roy is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions about windsurfing materials, sail sizes and winds conditions in the area. He put together an eccellent used rig at a great price. As for the board... that new beauty/old classic is coming home with me. Thank you Roy! A+

This is the place to make your windsurfing dreams come true! Roy set me up for success with my first windsurfing lesson yesterday. He made sure the conditions were right before setting out, and kept it simple. I was able to get up and go! Looking forward for to my next time out.

Roy gave me and my three sons windsurfing lessons. We all had a great time and learned the basic skills needed to have a great time. It’s always fun to learn from someone that is passionate about what they do. I would highly recommend Ace Performance

So I decided late Saturday afternoon I wanted to take my son out paddle boarding. So I reached out to Roy on Facebook to see if he has any in stock not only he had several different models in stock but he was willing to open up to sell me one so I was able to take my son out Sunday morning. I highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a paddleboard or kayak to check out his shop. Great deals, and he was very knowledgeable about where to paddle boarding around Fort Myers.

Went here for windsurfing lessons, Roy is an incredible instructor and very patient. He will have you comfortably sailing within an hour. Looking forward to many more adventures!

My boyfriend and I did windsurfing lessons and then another hour of renting to practice. We highly recommend Roy. He was super patient and made it much less intimidating than we thought. Such a great day of windsurfing for our first time!!

Had a great day with Roy. My first day windsurfing. He is a very kind and calm teacher that picked the perfect spot for a beginner like me, light wind and shallow water. I was up and sailing in no time.He gave me opportunities for breaks or to upsize my sail. I couldn’t ask for more. Ok time, I wish I had more time to spend here. I’ll be back

Roy helped my 13 y/o son and I learn to windsurf in no time. It was an hour lesson and he got us from never doing the sport to self-sufficient in 25 minutes. We were able to tool around on the board afterwards and really get a feel for it. Roy is a long time resident in the area and gave us comfort that he knew the conditions and gave us a ton of background on the equipment along the way. Made it really easy and a fun experience. My son and I went into it a little intimidated but we were put at ease and can now say we know how to windsurf.

Had a great experience learning and renting from Roy. There’s a learning curve to wind surfing but definitely worth trying.

Roy is the man. The OG of windsurfing and kite boarding. You can tell he loves what he does, and he's been doing it a long time so he's got tons of experience. Excellent instructor. Was very happy with my lesson.

They are amazing and survived hurricane Ian. Had to rebuild (still rebuilding) from scratch after the water, mud and sand came 5’ up the walls. This is not easy to do with no tourist and all the damage/destruction. The storm has passed and the town is trying to rebuild and survive. If you are visiting, PLEASE stop in and give them your business or check out the place, so cool! Roy is the best! He grew up in Ft. Myers and the most honest loving person you will ever meet! He is the best instructor you will ever work with… patient, funny and super talented ?♂️. His daughter invented/designed the mermaid tale that you can buy in the store. I hope they survived the storm ?♀️

Saw a man and his dog , made small talk and had our entire day planned by just saying Hi . Found out he has things to rent and play with . Had no room to bring these items from Virginia , so we texted that night for a paddle board and a mat for everyone to play on . Such an easy process . Pay by Venmo and then he tells you were he can drop it and lock it and send a code or what ever works best for you . Amazingly blessed service and will rent from him again and again .

Excellent experience with windsurfing lessons. Easy to work with despite challenging weather conditions. As promised, within an hour I was up on the board, moving, and tacking. Not fast, but with enough knowledge to practice on my own.
