Joel is absolutely one of the hardest workers there. Always on top of any issues ( rare) I have and fast at communicating back with me. Can't beat their prices either.

Going through a divorce and we had a storage unit that was in mine and my future ex-husband name. When I called to find out if it still existed or was paid up, part of the agreement I gave my name and his and was told I was "fishing" by a rude older woman with an accent. Whatever that means. My three daughters and I have a protective order against my ex from multiple incidences of domestic violence. All of our mementos and personal items are being stored there and now we don't know what happened to them. But received no help at all. Just hung up on. Really upsetting experience.

I have had a few different units in there an never no problems . We just love the women that runs the place she is just simply the most pleasant person to talk with . Shes been running it for a long time she keeps the place pretty dog gone clean an everything works . Never any problems with the gate. Always matained. Sure going to miss her when she retires . She'll be a hard employee to get again .
