Young black girl completely ignored me. I raised my voice and a nice tall Hispanic lady come out and helped me. I guess it was too much work for the black girl. ? Horrible customer service.

Awful customer service! My niece went there this evening to get gas and had an issue with her car causing the timer at the pump to require being reset. When she went back in the store she was met with horrible customer service and threats.
The woman at the counter (dark curly hair and glasses with a tattoo that reads b***h on her arm) told her that she was not getting her money back. I was on FaceTime with my niece so I said “you have to refund her if she can’t get gas” she reluctantly refunded her but threatened to call the police on her. She then charged at my niece as if she was going to strike her.
We will be seeking legal counsel as we do have video footage of parts of this interaction. No one should have to go out for gas and leave feeling targeted in this way. If this is the kind of employee 711 is allowing to run their stores, the stores will be run right into the ground. This woman cursed at, threatened and humiliated a young woman for no good reason. She was also cursing in Spanish with her coworker the entire time with no regard for my niece nor the other customers in the store. Absolutely deplorable behavior.

Very rude and nasty to customers should not be interacting with customers with such negativity and ghetto hostility. Very unprofessional of 7/11 to have this individual as a representation of their company acting such a way with customers.
