Every time we order through door dash to this 7/11 they short us from what we ordered. Customer service is dead here. I get it we all hate working but we still have a job to do. My girl is so damn annoying when it comes to her drinks. Some how it's always her drinks. She gets shorted every time when it comes to that. Just help us men out who go through this and understand my pain. Doordarsh drivers do better double check the order. Other than that thank you for letting me rant. I will still be shopping at 7/11.

I have been to this 7-Eleven several times different hours. Never had one issue with any of the employees. I have seen a lot of rude customers in the store. Especially the ones that come from some of the restaurants around it that are intoxicated and are very rude. They think it's a game to harass the cashiers

I'm a customer of this 7-11 only certain hours the nite cashier that comes on 9pm is Horendous Rood nasty Such a bad Attitude if she worked for me she'd be Fired Along time Ago so please don't shop there all after 9pm!!!! The Rest of the staff is great!!! Oh BTW if u need to use the Rest Room forget about it!!!!!

Disrespectful cashier that should be fired. I stepped in to buy a few Lotto tickets on October 22 at 9 PM, I greet the cashier nicely and instead of her greeting back like a decent human being she looks at me angry and rudely yells “I’m in the middle of my shift change so your ticket is going to be 15 minutes” … i replied why so long? She ignored me and kept counting cash. Waiting 5 minutes later as the line gets full behind me, while she ignores customers, she later proceeds to check out the customer behind me so I asked her again if she wasn’t going to accept my Lotto ticket? She yelled angrily and repeated her “shift change” story, she then snatched the ticket out of my hand and completed the transaction in less than a minute and threw them on the counter for me, with no apology for her rude and pathetic customer service over one Lotto ticket. 711 should not tolerate these type of disrespectful employees nor should the customers.

Driving for Uber means needing a bathroom break, a tank fill up and refreshments. Bathroom was closed twice now. No bathrooms means no gas or refreshment purchase from you. You have lost $100 in business and all future business from ONE person by having a constant CLOSED SIGN on your restroom.The Marathon station in University Square was 20 cents a gallon cheaper , had bathroom open and clean with ample staff instead of a line a mile long at the register.You have to spend money to make money. Not work one person to death and let your business die.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. They will rip you off!! I walked in to the manager/owner cashier screaming at a customer until I was her next victim over items I paid for that she wouldn't give me! She loves the drama! I got refunded by my card company but they got to keep the money and the merchandise!

Absolutely atrocious lack of customer service. The night cashier is disgusting, rude, inefficient and condescending. On several different occasions she has refused to sell me a hand sanitizer, tobacco products or lottery tickets despite of having valid DL. You’d think she is put there to sell but certainly not her attitude towards that business. Never seen before consistently bad attitude and behavior at this location. I hope corporate takes a look at it

I was thirsty. I saw 79 cents for a big gulp. I go in ,against all of my own instincts. The fountains were not working properly. Ie. No tea , brisk tea dispencing water. Got a mix of high corn fructose and H2O. Then i come to the counter to pay?? The cashier said 2.14$ I said " but the sign says .79 cents..". The cashier then replied."If you could read , you would be able to see , you got a double gulp. It is not a question of $ at this point, but,a question of literacy. My literacy. ..... This is completely unacceptable. I will never stop at another 7/11, for any reason. If this is acceptable. Then it is testimony to the corporate, beast system being forced on the American public. God save the republic.
