My lotto ticket was slightly wrinkled - hardly - clerk haphazardly tries to straighten it - rips the winning ticket and they refuse to pay me. I didn’t rip it the clerk did but she’s not responsible. Won’t go back there again what a bunch of BS

This is something that occurs too frequently at 7 eleven. Selling customers expired tickets, this ticket was on the lottery machine and I asked to purchase it. Consistently $0.50/gallon higher than other stations in the area. Yet their receipt dispensers never work, so you have to walk inside if you need one.
Is this on purpose to force you into the convenience store? It seems like it; so I avoid going there, even if it's the closest gas station to me.
