Just Disgusting.. food old and litterarly up charge all hot food. For instance 2/ 3.49 for two chicken strips, then they charge you 7.00.

The older white lady thats heavy set and has dark hair hs attitude problem. worst customer service employee that I have encountered in years. She talks down to people as in the customers and is more than inadequate at her job. Was not even skilled enough to properly sell gift cards and made rude comments to the customers that thy need to show her that they have enough money in their account when the real problem was HER! One has to wonder what a person has to do to still be in an entry level job at her stage in life and how you have to be such a negative, rude, and disrespectful waste of space to be an employee with literally nothing to offer the establishment that employees them. Instead she trys to see what all she can get away with avoiding doing. She does as little as she can possibly get away with. The other older woman with the gray hair is basically the same person when it comes down to attitude and lack of work ethics.

Everytime I come to this location they have burnt old food. Classic 711 this is why I never eat food at 711. They employees stay keeping old food and be slow..

The place is a rip off!! I went there twice with lotto tickets and knowing how much I won and they scam you on your winnings and say you won way less and refuse to show you the lottery slips... I wouldn't recommend going there with lotto. You will be robbed..

Very rude costumer service here! Went in for help and the lady thats working with maria was supper rude!!!!! I will not be returning to this location. I don't like being talk to disrespectful and will not reccomend!

This was my go to place being that it was right around the corner from me and on my way to work as well. They cant even honor deals that are advertised in store or ever have hot food out for customers. Will drive the extra couple minutes to Racetrac.

Closes every day for last 2 years from 230 till 3:30 am according to works!!! so maybe you change your sign because your not open 24 hours A-day !!!! Check the cameras went up there at 2:45 they're sitting outside smoking saying they're not opening until 330 am Had a known the store was closed I would went to a different 711 cause its 2 miles the other direction but they are 24 hours

I bought a cuban. When I asked the Spanish lady with glasses to press it she threw my sandwich across the store. Then walked over and open the sandwich and put it in the toaster. I told her you just have to press it and leave it. She then went back and pulled it out of the oven and put it in the presser. She walked over and said here it is. Horrible serve, this occured in front of several people and a child. The parent was so uncomfortable they left.
