Rented a storage pod for my mother in January 2023. Called early in October for it to be I picked up, and couldn’t reach anyone. We learned it was with Zippy Shell, when we finally reached them, we were told we had to pay for an entire month because we were 3 days late notifying them. The pod was picked up October 31, 2023. Today, March 5 2024, I received a message the payment was overdue for this months payment on the pod!!! Considering it was picked up over 5 months ago they obviously don’t know who has this pod and owes them money. It’s not us!!

After Ian there were no second thoughts about the need for a Pod. Pack Rat was right there. Ordering was easy, the set up could not have been better. Highly recommended.

The reviews speak for themselves. These guys are horrible. They have left my container sitting in my driveway after “confirming” that it’s going to be picked up 5 different times. The prices are the same as other companies and I highly suggest not hiring these guys.
