Big post office, very clean, helpful staff, etc. I would come back here! I didn't see a self service kiosk machine, but the lady working the front desk helped me with what I needed.

Very disappointed with delivery service. One of two letters that we sent to a FMB resort (only a few blocks from the post office) arrived late. The second envelope was mailed within 4 days to the same resort and has never arrived at the resort and contained a $1,000 bank draft. That was one year ago today. The same resort tells me that on several occasions mail that they have sent to local vendors have never been received! What's going on??!!

Horrible experiences with the FMB carrier. Thrown packages at door last year, now I have missing packages 2 weeks in a row, wherein they state my mail was delivered into my mailbox. I have video, no carrier delivery to my mailbox, yet the package was MISSING. Stolen package either 1) from the carrier 2) Delivered to the wrong dwelling.

I was the only customer and I approached in a friendly way. The person available to answer my inquiries was rude, slightly incompetent and not at all eager to help me. She interrogated me for correctly filling out a change address form, as if she were wielding some sort of power over my relocation. The entire exchange was awkward and awful. Her condescension and combative tone left me feeling agitated when I had not been.

A gentleman working here is rude and don't know how to talk like a normal person, did not offer a solution like his co-workers did, and choose to be useless over the phone, I ended up doing his job which is communicate with another usps facility to find where my mail is and get it shipped back, on the other hand he is telling me that there is nothing he çan do and to just keep waiting more than the two weeks already past of the mail getting lost on another usps facility.

A gentleman working here is rude and don't know how to talk like a normal person, did not offer a solution like his co-workers did, and choose to be useless over the phone, I ended up doing his job which is communicate with another usps facility to find where my mail is and get it shipped back, on the other hand he is telling me that there is nothing he çan do and to just keep waiting more than the two weeks already past of the mail getting lost on another usps facility.
