The new Fairy Dust drink was amazing.
I've never tasted such a perfect blend of flavors in one drink. Jayme, who was my bartender, made it perfect, and with competence, charisma and compassion interaction made my stay heavenly. I live in Wisconsin, and I'll be back.

No tvs allowed on at the outside bars during sea turtle season. Won’t be going here. Plenty of nice bars to go to see the games

This resort is spectacular. If you are looking for a place where you can park your car and unwind, look no further. Be advised, there are two main areas, the pool deck which is pure party and entertainment and the sun deck which is located across the street on an upper floor (calm and relaxing) with corn hole boards and plenty of lawn chairs for seating and sun bathing. There is also food options on both sides. This property has bar service in the whole pool area as well as a tiki bar. Beach entry is roughly 60 feet away from main pool entry.
Nearby activities: There are tons of activities, bars and restaurants on site not to mention the beach! In addition, you also have other small businesses in walking distance all around you (outside of the resort).
Walkability: Many options all around for dining, entertainment, shopping within walking distance.
Food & drinks: The drinks are incredible. I tried 4 different drinks and they were all great. The food was also good finger food that you’d expect from a bar.

A super new and beautiful hotel.
The rooms are modern and spacious.
Unfortunately I have to deduct 2 stars:
1. Room service doesn't work as it should. On the first day he didn't come until around 4 p.m. (Which is ok)
On the second day, room service came at 9 a.m. (early!) in the morning... We were just getting ready and said he should please come back in 15 minutes.
That didn't work at all. After we got out of the pool at 4 p.m. nothing had been done. That would have been okay for us too. That's why I asked the front desk for new towels so we could get settled. Shortly before 5 p.m. the towels still weren't there! That's why I went to reception myself... and was put off again. At 5:30 p.m. I called again... almost a 2 hour wait for 4 towels! A no go!
2. If you want to have a chat at the pool at lunchtime - not there.
The DJ plays really good music, but it's so incredibly loud that after several hours it's just annoying!
Too bad!

My son cut his leg on a stone table with broken and super sharp corners (several tables were in the same condition). It was also barely visible, since the table is white and the color of the seats is also white. When we talked about this with a supervisor, she asked us if we checked the table before, insisting that it was our responsibility. What kind of response is that? And how do you respond to a customer with such impudence and aggressiveness and lack of accountability? It is the hotel's responsibility if they have damaged infrastructure that generates a huge risk of cutting or worse!!! I still hope for a better response. If this is how they run the hotel with zero accountability, and this is how they respond to their customers, I doubt they will last.

If you're looking for impeccable service by the pool, Laredo is the waiter you need. From the moment I sat down, Laredo was attentive, friendly, and professional. His ability to make everyone feel special while juggling multiple requests is nothing short of amazing.
Laredo has a knack for anticipating your needs, whether it's offering a fresh drink just when you're about to ask or suggesting a menu item that turns out to be perfection. He moves with efficiency and grace, ensuring that everyone around the pool is well taken care of without ever seeming rushed.
What sets Laredo apart is his genuine warmth and enthusiasm for his job. It's clear he loves what he does, and that energy is infectious. He made my poolside experience not just relaxing, but truly memorable. If you're lucky enough to have Laredo as your waiter, you're in for an exceptional experience!

My husband and I purchased a day pass to use the pool and beach amenities on August 17, 2024. We arrived just after 10 AM and paid to use public parking ($20 for 4 hours) as the Margaritaville valet didn't have room for our oversized vehicle (F150) - parking at the resort was $20 for the full day, which probably would've motivated us to stay beyond the 4 hours. However, we found the pool area to be clean and family-friendly and were able to find two chairs in a good location. Our server, Ali, was fantastic. She has a great personality, very friendly and attentive, and made sure we had a really nice, relaxing day. It started getting crowded around noon, but that didn't impact wait times for food and drinks at all. We didn't go out to the beach at all (we enjoyed our well shaded lounge chairs and easy access to the pool), but it looked like a great setup for those who wanted to go back and forth throughout the day. We would definitely recommend this venue and can see ourselves coming back or doing this at other Margaritaville resorts in the future.

We just stayed at the outdoor venue and bar area but did not stay in a room. The service was great, and Cassie and Barb were interactive. This was the second time we were there, and there will be a third

This resort was great! We had great interactions with all the staff during our stay! Shout out to Mike helping us with check in and Emily at the pool! Both were amazing! I also want to give a shout out to housekeeping. Rooms were cleaned daily and the resort and rooms were some of the cleanest I have ever been to.
My only critique would be the pool restrooms. The stalls were extremely small and my family and I are not tall people. Not sure if someone didn't measure correctly or what but they were way to small.

I’ve been to other than the Ft Myers Margaritaville hotel - but if other hotels offered to recognize the staff with rewards for their hospitality, services, generosity etc then I failed to notice. Please allow me now to speak highly of Sharon and Liza and Kalli at the License to Chill Bar and Shawna and Jason at the 5 O’clock Somewhere Bar. There’s several reasons to stay at a Margaritaville hotel — and these people
Represent those reasons. I wish I could give recognition to a lot more staff - as I know many more staff work hard to represent what staying at a Margaritaville hotel means - but they’ll have to work as hard as those I mentioned here to earn that honor.
Walkability: Everything is close by
Food & drinks: Plenty of food and drink locations and options.
