My family and I went to visit a cousin who lives in Fort Myers and stayed one night at the Holiday Inn. It was perfect, the rooms were very spacious, the blackout curtains let us sleep until late, the beds were very comfortable, everything was spotless and they have Dove products in the bathroom. The breakfast was simple but very nutritious and tasty, and everybody was super nice, specially the ladies who took care of breakfast. It’s definitely not walking distance to any major tourist attractions, but there is a Lee Tran station right next door, so it’s very convenient.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Our room got cleaned every morning, breakfast was nice, pool was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Mooie grote kamers. Er is wel veel lawaai van de andere kamers en van mensen die op de gang lopen. Ontbijt basic maar verzorgd. Geen dagelijkse housekeeping dus hang je handdoeken goed op. Ook werd de vuilbak niet dagelijks leeggemaakt. Je kan je afval wel kwijt in de grote vuilbakken aan de liften. Locatie was goed op 10 minuten van ft myers beach.Misschien iets te duur voor wat het is.

Clean room, decent breakfast and good location for our needs on this trip. Also love the fact they allowed my small dachshund to stay as well.

Location is close to everything the beach, food stores groceryNice remodeling after hurricane Ian but i wish they would have put lights in pool so it could stay open till 9pm-10pm. Dawn to dusk hours don’t allow for an evening swim ?

Be very careful with this hotel they were supposed to give me my hundred dollar deposit back I didn’t even mess up the room and I never got my hundred dollars back. I had to be on top of him to give me the money and I never got it and they still charge me for the room $100 deposited I gave in the room was completely fine.

The breakfast was great and the room was clean. One star off because the TV is not smartTV, you can only watch live TV. It might have been just our room but the bathroom vent was not working.

IGH has done a great job at this location. The staff very friendly and accessible. Great breakfast as well. Work trip and raining so no pool time, but the area looked very clean.

Stayed here for a PG baseball tournament because we wanted to be close to the beach and ballparks. This fit the bill. I wasn’t expecting much after an awful experience at the same named hotel at the airport but this place was amazing! The staff was so friendly the entire time. The lobby and rooms were clean and fresh. Son said the breakfast was really good. Location was convenient to beaches and ballparks (all about 20-30 minutes away, easy drives.) There is a Walmart down the street along with some good breakfast and lunch restaurants. (Can’t speak to dinners as we ate away from the hotel each night for dinner.)

To many bugs outside. front desk is very rude to many rules if you have kids do not stay at this hotel you can not check out early if you have reservations or you still get charged for the reservation nights booked this is not a very customer service orientated establishment. So really do not stay here if your here for vacation. Also the breakfast is biscuits and gravy everyday and turkey sausage all I can say is where is the beef. 1400 for the week not with it.

Great room with a nice sofa for whatever. The breakfast had a sign for bacon making me excited but just sausage. They were strict about allowing visitors up. which is i guess good

Warning! Do not stay here unless you want to be talked down to, demeaned, and disrespected as a paying customer. Front desk staff member Paula was was on a Dwight Schrute-esq power trip. I do not come to hotels to be spoken to as though I am a child misbehaving for something as simple as forgetting to add my other guest to my reservation. Experiences like this are the reason I always book Hilton. Never had I ever had an issue like this at a Hilton. Room was gross, not cleaned properly, and air seemed broken. I was refused late checkout. I am happy I got to leave sooner! Take your money somewhere else!

I will book rooms here again not only for the clean rooms, but for the EXCELLENT service from Ms. Paula! She’s a rock star for this hotel and I will recommend all our family and friends to stay here. Her friendliness and customer service are top notch. 10/10 recommend!Noteworthy details: Ms. Paula! I would stay here again just to encounter this lovely woman again.

This hotel is brand new so that I liked that everything inside was new and clean. The walls are very thin so you can hear a lot of noise...but to me that is to be expected. What stood out to me and was worth reviewing was the night shift desk agent. I can't remember her name but she worked on the evening of 6/19. She was extremely warm, welcoming, and friendly, which was nice to walk into after driving for hours and checking in very late (11pm). I appreciated her kindness and hospitality.

Hotel looks nice and clean, staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was great.But, We had a horrible experience with bed bugs! we stayed there last week and the day we arrived home we started discovering literally hundreds of bed bugs bites all over our bodies.36 hours since we arrived and we are still washing and sanitizing our belonging. I cant describe enough how bad the itching is.Do not stay there unless the bed bug infestation problem is addressed and taken care of.we stayed in room 318 April 6th -10th
