The store is clean and well stocked and the staff were pleasant. You definitely pay the location tax. Things are more expensive than five miles away at other CVS While CVS signs that mask are required there is ZERO effort to enforce the mandate. Half the people were unmasked. For a healthcare company, this was troubling.

Joe was working the register and was so kind and helpful. These are stressful times and this store is always so nice and accommodating. The pharmacists are so helpful too. They worked with me to find a coupon. Thanks to the FMB CVS!

Pharmacy: Five stars. Allie's the head pharmacist: bright, knowledgeable, great attitude, and goes above and beyond to serve you (plus the person at the drive-in window, plus the two people on hold on the phone). Yes, it's that busy...at least during season. There's also Matt and Ovid, both capable and service-driven men who work hard and keep pace. The Store: 4 Stars. As far as I can tell, the lion's share of the work is spent stocking the shelves, and probably reorganizing the stock to make room for more merchandise. That seems to be the priority/focus of Jim, Mary, and any of the others you might meet in the aisles or the register, probably very busy taking care of business and communicating to each other. They are certainly not slackers or dead wood. Trust these folks. They are on your side.

I have tried been on hold for over 47 minutes today for the PHARMACY! Yesterday was 34 minutes before I gave up. I paid the extra $60 to get my prescriptions delivered but they never show up and I continue to get reminder my meds are ready for pick up. This has been going on for 4 months. Oh, and my dog's meds can't be added to my account because she is a dog although she takes Gabapentin that my human friend also gets from there. I HATE DEALING WITH THIS PHARMACY!!!! I am disabled and unable to drive or I would quickly move services. I moved my meds there so I could supposedly get them easily delivered on the beach. PATHETIC and INFURIATING! If you're that busy hire some additional staff.

The problem with this location is the pharmacy is always busy. The lady pharmacist tries really hard but they are understaffed due to the volume. When I drop off a rx, they always have to check to see if its in stock. REALLY. It clearly stated pharmacy on your sign. Keep it stocked especially with the 500 people in the store every day. Won't go here again as it's way too busy. I don't have time to wait 3 hours for a rx.

The tech, Matt, is horribly rude. The lady pharmacist is great, but is she is not there it is scary. I don't know why they have such a rude employee working for CVS. Anne

Jim was SUPER rude during checkout. Horrible attitude from someone being on a management team. He acted as if it was a bother to start over and add my coupon. Not very good customer service at all... Disappointing.
