I cannot fully describe the kindness shown by everyone at this practice, from the receptionists, to the vet techs, to Dr. Brooks. They were patient and caring in every respect. When we got her ashes back in a velvet bag, we also received a lovely footprint impression, a clump of her fur, and a couple of laminated footprint cards along with other touching remembrances.
