I was thrown out of the store and customers were locked in for about 30 minutes. I was over charged on a BOGO that didn't ring up when cashier had told me it did. Manager got confused and arrogant raised her voice and threw my paid for items around because she insisted she should take part of my $5 Saturday coupon off. I was trying to explain my purchase was well over had it rang up as I was told it had. She then called the police like a Karen in a viral video. I left the store but had to wait for police to defend myself as I hadn't done anything at all. The manager of Walmart was behind me and waited as well because he witnessed it and was floored by her irrational reaction to a simple refund request. I still hadn't gotten my dog's food and peeked my head in to ask if my husband could come in and purchase and she made faces at me like a kid would do then pushed another customer out of the way to lock the doors during business hours. Again, I never called her any bad names, raised my voice or even threaten a complaint or anything. This was all over $1.68. At least this has encouraged me to shop at our locally owned ft McCoy hardware and grocery more.

The new manager probably has the worst disposition of anyone I have ever dealt with in any store I have ever shopped at.even the normally polite and efficient employees have become rude and inconsiderate

This is my local DG! I stop in regularly and it is always clean, with fast, friendly service. They do seem frequently short staffed because there's usually a lot of merchandise in the isles, that needs stocked. With only the manager, one cashier and SOMETIMES one other person on shift, it's understandable. Those folks work hard to put the customer first, It's a good place to shop!

This is the messiest store I've ever been to in my life. You can't even go down half the isles because of the boxes everywhere. (It's been like this for a year!!) Half the shelves are empty and I'm sure they have the inventory but it just hasn't been put on the shelves yet.I don't know what's going on with the dairy products but they're out on a regular basis. This is not because of shortages. Other stores have plenty of stock. New management is needed desperately. I feel like they need a night shift to stock shelves too. If I didn't live so far away from town I wouldn't shop here at all and I'm definitely going less and less. It's just awful.

The manager at this store is extremely rude. When I pulled up today she was outside smoking. I noticed her because she has blue hair and never smiles This store is always filthy and I thought to myself why is this girl out smoking when there are carts all over the parking lot and none inside for customers? She gave be a horrid look when I came out for a cart. As I was shopping I overheard her speaking to customers. She has a very rude tone for everyone. I'll say a prayer for her because her life must be very miserable. At other local DGs I go to the staff are all so nice I forgive the annoying way that DG parks carts loaded with boxes all over the store but at this store the staff all seem so beaten down and the manager is so rude I'm not giving any slack. The blue haired witch yelled at the cashier and belittled her in front of a huge line of people last week when I was there. I feel that dollar general should hire better management for this location. I know I will not return after today. There's enough other dollar general stores I can shop at.
