I recently bought a box of Barilla Spaghetti from this Winn Dixie. Recent as in an hour ago. Poured the pasta in the bowl and the pasta and a bunch of brown insects came out of the box. When I called the store the first thing the lady asked me was if I have pictures (like this is something people lie about to get a free box of spaghetti). On the phone she sounded like she could care less. So 1 on customer service and empathy. 1 on supply chain. If there are bugs living in boxed but not sealed food packaging there are some major supply chain issues that Winn Dixie is ignoring. Beware going here. Only buy bagged items.

The bottom quarter of a bag of red grapes was so rotten they were mummified. Considering the rest were good to adequate, the produce department is mixing stuff that should have been thrown with new produce. Needs a visit from the USDA.

Winn Dixie, the supermarket located across from my building, has become my go-to destination for weekly grocery shopping. From the moment I step inside, I am greeted with a well-organized store that exudes convenience and quality. One of the highlights of Winn Dixie is their impressive selection of meats. I highly recommend their prime churrasco, which boasts an exceptional restaurant-grade quality. It is, without a doubt, the most tender and flavorful steak you'll find in any supermarket. Parking is never a hassle at Winn Dixie, thanks to their ample parking space. Additionally, they have an adjacent section to the left dedicated to a wide array of liquors and distilled spirits, providing customers with a convenient one-stop shopping experience.Affordability is another aspect that sets Winn Dixie apart. Their prices are reasonable, making it a budget-friendly option for shoppers. Moreover, their attentive and friendly staff members consistently go above and beyond to ensure exceptional service. In conclusion, Winn Dixie offers an unmatched shopping experience. With their well-organized layout, top-notch meat selection, convenient amenities, affordable prices, and exceptional staff, it's no wonder this supermarket stands out from the rest.

Good price points for Winn Dixie members. Friendly staff decent liquor selection. Beer selection is a bit limited compared to Total Wine but which place isn't.

Such friendly people who work at this spirits store. Prices are reasonable and though the store is small, it’s very organized and easy to find what’s needed.

The store closes at 10:00pm Sun-Thu and closes at 11:00pm on Fri-Sat. It’s not attached to the Winn Dixie Grocery store - their hours are different

Try buying a gift card. No cashier will take you so you MUST go to the service counter. . Waiting over 15 minutes as the customer buys ten or so lottery tickets, it's like a Twilight Zone enactment of purgatory. One cashier (although a very nice person). Worst customer service because they're understaffed. I've had awful experience more than once. I'm done with them.

03/18/2023 at 7:40 pm I went to self-checkout. A store attendant only came up to me to watch me scan my items. Mind you he didn’t do it to the other customers (White American customers) yes I’m black, But the weird part is he was black as well, how funny. Mind you I have a clean record and work for the policing department! Racial profiling is very sad about food. And making it obvious. I study in this field is ok to have assumptions or to judge if it makes you a whole person but to do it obviously and make people feel uncomfortable is very sad! I will no longer go there! The employees do discriminate! Poor work training! Get it together Winn-Dixie and training African-American to profile is wild. I see the cycle in America hasn't been broken with the white corporations!
