I use to go here for my sprinkler and plumbing supplies but was told by the owner today to go somewhere else because I wanted to return a $300 PVB valve, that I had a receipt for and was in perfect condition. So I could buy a $730 PVB valve. The owner only wanted to give me a $100 credit. So , I went to American Plumbing and got the same valve for $600. Still got it cheaper with out their “credit “. Please don’t get robbed like I did just go to American Plumbing or any other plumbing store.

I have passed by this store a hundred times. I needed a couple of things, so I thought that I would give them a chance instead of going to Home Depot. So, this was my first time shopping at this hardware store. The sign says that the store closes at 5:00 pm, and I arrived at 4:43 pm. I only needed two things. But from the moment I walked in and every 30 seconds afterwards an employee would shout out to me "can we help you.. we're closing!" After the 5th or 6th time, I said forget it, "Geeze, alright already, don't worry I am am leaving and won't be coming back to bother you again!" It was 4:52 when I left and the"OPEN" was still burning brightly in the front window. NEVER AGAIN. How rude!

I’ve always wanted to go here and support this mom and pop hardware store. Today I was given a reason. No one at the big box store down the street would help me and I decided to give one more place a shot. Just went to look for a rain barrel spout (bulk head spout) and at first didn’t find it where I was directed to but then a really nice sales guy started helping me piece something together and ultimately found me exactly what I was looking for! I couldn’t believe it! I was ready to leave and feel defeated and shop online but the gentleman took time to listen and help me! That’s amazing for this day in age. I forgot a down spout rain collector so I will be back soon! I’ll post pics soon too. Can’t wait to say hello. Leave a like or follow me if this was helpful. I had never been here before. It was wonderful being addressed as I walked in and asked how to be helped. I only needed to copy a key however if in the area again and something needed I would return.

I went looking for answers about my sprinkler system. I found a super helpful staff that answered all my questions and sold me exactly what I needed to get my system working again. Great store with great people!
