my wife and i have dealt with wilson jewelry repair shop since 2010. first with grandpa, who showed himself to be a master silver smith having beautifully repaired my wife's icelandic silver bracelet. over time, we learned that every male member of the family is an expert on watch-repair, including those not battery-operated, precious stones, and the fabrication of silver and gold jewelry. over the nearly 15 years, we have come to appreciate their skill in jewelry repair and craftmanship, honesty and attention to our desires as customers. ehs

I have been bringing my jewelry to this establishment for many years. I have never had any issues @ all and always get my jewelry back perfectly repaired and - or cleaned. They are honest, friendly, efficient and fair and I will continue to use them for my jewelry needs. I highly recommend them.

These people could not have been nicer. Stopped in at 5:45 with an emerald pendent repair, purchased a chain for pendent, removed a watch link, added two weights to my wedding ring to stop it from spinning around and cleaned my ring. It looks amazing! All done by closing at 7:00 pm. The price was more than fair. I highly recommend them to anyone. They also string pearls and can fix unusual jewelry. Very nice, hardworking family.

From the time I got there until I left. He fixed 3 of my watches in less than 10 minutes. He fixed my watch band and change battery. 100% recommend.

The clasp on my pocket, watch was broken, and I brought it to another place, and they said there was nothing they could do. These guys got creative and saved it. Great service and they won’t break the bank.?

I was greeted by a monotone, unprofessional voice on the phone. They were short and didn’t seem free much insight or help.

Took my silver necklace to be soldered on Feb 20th before my vacation. Wore it once during vacation and it broke again right away. I took it back to the store after returning from vacation and mentioned what happened to the guy working he said no problem I will take care of it and have it ready for you tomorrow. No price was written on the bill so I assumed he was doing the right thing by taking care of a sub par soldering job. When I go to retrieve my necklace another guy was working and tells me it will be $15. I asked if I could get a break because I just had them fix it and only wore it once. He said they can’t guarantee their work. Beware of poor workmanship that they are not willing to stand behind.

I took two pieces of jewelry in for repair, a John Hardy bracelet with a broken prong and a tension mount sapphire & diamond necklace. I was missing a sapphire and another jeweler told me it could not be fixed. Daniel Vasquez & his repair man Andi were certain it could be done. All repairs were completed in less than a week and the work was impeccable & reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone...

Went in to fix a broken gold necklace. All they had to do is take out 2 broken links and attach back the good links. Everywhere else (Miami, Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale) the price range between $12-14, at Wilson they wanted $30!!!! I walked away and found a nearby place for $12.

The owner was extremely pleasant when I dropped off a ring to be resized. Since it was late in the day he assured me the ring would be ready the following afternoon. When I arrived today, his son was extremely curt and told me that the ring would not be ready until next week. I explained what his father had told me the ring would be ready today, after 12 noon…and again he was rude and condescending. Very disappointing. If only his father knew how the business was being ran in his absence.
