I bought an expensive pair of jeans in the store in May. They ripped after wearing them twice. I left a message with the manager who never returned my call. I tried again to merely exchange them for a new pair and was told I could not get a return or exchange. I have spent over$500 in the store snd will never shop there again. I suggest that others are very cautious when making a purchase.

Terrible customer service!! So uncaring!! I bought several items of clothing at this store and on my walk home, I stopped into a store 2 blocks away on Las Olas to find the exact same jacket I purchased at White Mykonos was almost $10-$20 cheaper! I took a picture of the jacket and immediately returned to White Mykonos requesting compensation. The clerk said she had to call the owner. The owner flatly refused to refund my purchase or extend the discount! This was literally 10 minutes after my purchase! Just want you to know to check prices of other boutiques on Las Olas. There is a huge difference in Pricing! I was very disappointed that the owner was so uncaring, especially to someone who lives on Las Olas!! She offered to sell me another jacket a the lower price! To make matters even worse, I noticed the jacket I purchased at White Mykonos has the label removed! Such bad customer service! I will never shop there again!!!

I visited this store with my friend who was looking for a cardigan. She browsed the sale items and chose two. At the register, the employee rudely told her that she did not believe that one of the sweaters was actually on the sale rack. My friend was offended but bought the sweaters anyway. After she left, she discovered the sweater had a large area cut from the back of it. Poor customer service and unacceptable to sell such a damaged item.

Love this boutique! They have the cutest dresses and matching sets, it's pricey but I feel it's well worth it. I had a great experience with the staff, the girls working helped me pick outfits that fit my body right, and made sure I was comfortable. Ended up getting 2 outfits and a beautiful dress for 20% off! Great location, got lunch with my family at Louie Bossi right next door.

This place is weird. Owner (i think) is weird and pushy. Let people browse! Also, everything looks great from afar and when you get close it all looks extremely cheap and a bit dated. Ie denim shorts with sparkles, cold shoulder etc. Very appropriate for a woman in her 50s with a hot bod. Everything is over priced. I don't get it.

I am giving them 1 star because I truly love their clothes, but get ready to be bullied by the people who works there. As I said before the clothes are beautiful so I when I went the first time my experience by who claims to be the manager was horrible. The most unprofessional, offensive rude lady I ever met. Well I gave it a second chance, I went back with a friend and we both felt harassed and offended by this same lady. I called the next day to report her and the person who answered the phone said "sorry can't help you I am Busy... " it's a nightmare'!!!

Buyer beware! We spent over $700 in this store, and I wanted a blouse as well. I asked the sales person what the fabric is, and she said it is silk. The shirt cost $119, which is a lot for a shirt, but hey, it's silk! We went down the street for coffee and I pulled the shirt out of the bag to look at the tag. It's viscose! They lied to me! We went back immediately and the sales person refused to refund my money even when she saw that the shirt isn't silk. We called the owner who also refused to void the transaction. We will never shop there again. Beware of White Mykonos by Celebrity of Las Olas!
