This location was clean. The employees were polite and prompt, and the food was fresh. The sitting area was clean. My only concern was that it was cold in the lobby. I assumed it was cold because it was cloudy and rainy. Good job.

We waited almost 20 mins before we was asked how may I help you . All the workers seemed tired and wasn’t in the mood to help anyone .

Food quality thankfully hasn't changed, but it's false advertisement to call it a "Fast Food" restaurant. The time spent waiting to order, placing order, to getting my food is almost on par to going to a sit down eatery and ordering on a slow day for the restaurant.

The staff warmly welcomed me at the speaker and promptly had me wait at the second window. Business was slow and the staff Manning the window engaged with me as other staff members fulfilled the order. I got my combo and mere moments along with my chocolate Frosty. Seriously the staff went above and beyond expectations 5/5

Long wait time, they don’t sell the customers they will be waiting 10 minutes to put in the order because there’s only two employees working.

Went through the drive through paid with my card, got my food, but accidentally drove off without my card. I know I left it because I didn’t have a receipt either. When I realized, I then went back and went inside to ask them for my card. They claimed to not have it and I believed them and thought maybe it just fell out in my car and then less than 24 hours later, multiple charges adding up to $400 were made on my card from several stores.

I received my food before I got my debit card back and now I am unable to use my debit card for any type of transaction because of the circumstances in which I have been prompted.

Always nice to pull up to the empty drive-thru and be told three times to "wait one moment."If you're going to make people wait 5 minutes just to place their order, hire more staff.
