Wells Fargo is a danger to anyone is ever plans on leaving thenUSA and needing access to any Wells Fargo account, or product or financial services. If you are just living innthe USA, you’re fine. Personally, i have been stranded, abandoned, detained and even arrested in Italy in 2023 as I attempted to expand my business there. Wells Fargo does not do any true international service. They lost wire transfers, and I nearly lost my life when an agent hung up on me for being too frantic about a password. Wells Fargo should not be allowed to claim they have any international clout whatsoever.

Michael Sinclair is extremely rude and unprofessional. After seeing the reviews of this branch, it is clear that terrible customer service is very common and has an extensive history here. I highly recommend dealing with a different branch.

Stopped in here to speak with a Personal Banker on a Monday afternoon. I was seen by Eduardo right away. He was so fast, and efficient at answering all my questions and sorting out everything. AWESOME experience.

The worst bank. His manager is arrogant and so are his employees, like Paula Polanco. They made me waste 2 and a half hours for the pleasure of it, with my 92-year-old mother. The lack of common sense, the lack of taking your job seriously, of wanting to help the client because if at the moment I said I wanted to close my mother's account and open another one, if at that moment they ask why, I I would have told the problem and they would have answered that it couldn't be done. On the contrary, they left us there all that time. What a lack of respect for customers. You have work because of your clients. For the clients you and your families eat!! Abusers! It is very clear that they are only going to cash their checks, without effort. In all this, the bank was empty the entire time. Tell me, the laziness is a lot, the lack of professional ethics even more so. What a shame that there are such low-level people with such positions.

So I'm waiting very patiently For a bank teller Get completely skipped When I walked in I was pretty much the only person there You watched me walk in. I was going to open up another account but I guess not anymore good job Val. Great customer service skills I've been a client for over 15 years. Next time you see a younger person treat them with respect and not look at people as dollar signs. Have you ever heard that story of a kid 22 years old with 13 million dollars trying to open up an account at a bank.you're probably going to say they had an appointment but I understand Spanish pretty well.I gave you a chance to fix your mistake after your conversation with the couple And not but into your conversation. The minute you heard opened a new account from the front desk you couldn't wait especially being close to closing hours It's not like I was waiting for the bus stop just sitting there for nothing.Hopefully you see this message And learn from your mistakes you probably would have had 2 new open accounts right now.

I do love this branch. All the employees here are so nice and helpful and I really feel more like family (my daughters and I all have accounts here because of the vibe of the employees) when I walk in. Hence why today I was so upset to see this sign on the window. I go in on Saturday to get quarters for laundry. Check the website to make sure their open today because it is a holiday weekend and I would understand if they just closed for the whole weekend. And BAM please tell me their reopening SOON
