Tavia has horrible customer service shouldn't be at the cashier area!! Should have known with her discolored wig that isn't layed correctly and her crusty spider eyelashes from two years ago, She was going to have a rude attitude ..She needs to stay in the back.

Literally the worst wawa I've ever been to, cashiers with attitude, filthy and my coffee tasted weird, it had like a burnt taste.

This is the worst Wawa I ever been to when it comes down to management. They are the most horrible management I ever met in my life and these words should never come out. Manager for almost 20 years and I never treated anybody the way I was treated. I cried my tears and I heard it, but I would never trust that Wawa again for anything I would never come back there. I do not understand why did my Wawa’s from my state New Jersey come to this rude disrespectful state And people that unqualified to be a manager make it make sense God bless and I pray that we get better people to run. Wawa Wawa is not like this in the state of New Jersey. I am from Newark New Jersey. I never had this problem but bring Wawa to Florida. It is horrible with the customer service down here.

I had a excellent experience with Alethia. I ordered a hamburger with fries and Alethia surprised me by adding an extra flavor. She added garlic to my hamburger not knowing I love garlic. But it's common knowledge that Italian people like myself love garlic,onions, bellpepers and Italian seasonings. Alethia I love the way you went above and beyond to make a customer very happy. Excellent job Alethia. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤. Another person I would like to recognize. Chris. Had me try his mash potato plate that Chris made. I enjoyed it and it was delicious. Thankyou Chris.Wawa takes policy out of context. I personally overheard the manager talking to a customer,and said "my personal is carding the wrong people. Now all of a sudden I bought a pack of cigarettes and I have to show my ID? I'm in the mid 60's. Everytime? Not only am I boycotting wawa. If I decide to by a pack of cigarettes. I'm going to demand all clerks for their ID'S and police certification.

Do not come here smells like a homeless shelter like they are living in the store. Scared to order from here very dirty. The atmosphere is way off they need to shut this location down ASAP.

In two years this Wawa station has utterly deteriorated. Used to be nice, clean, pumps working, free air etc. - all what’s expected from a gas station.
Now, the receipts never work at the pump, meaning you have to go inside and stand in line to get your receipt - convenience gone.
Three times in three months, the lottery machine didn’t work, and neither did the lottery winnings machine at the register.
Tyre air hasn’t worked for months and today they’ve even removed the hose to the compressor - so instead of fixing it, somebody has actively spend time removing parts from it.
Have been there a couple of times around 8-9 pm and the doors are locked, even though there are employees inside…

Workers in the back stand around talking and don't make food. And when you do get a sandwich after waiting 30 mins for the nasty people there to do their job it's always wrong.

I really dislike ordering from this Wawa. I ordered 3 items for delivery, via DoorDash, oatmeal, a banana smoothie and a tuna sub. I work right across the street and my order took forever to come. It was not due to the delivery driver. This location NEVER has any whip cream in stock. My smoothie arrived in a coffee cup with the safety seal not attached properly. The top could be easily be popped off of the cup without even touching the seal. I had to pour that down the drain. Waste of $5. The oatmeal wasn’t that great. Another waste. I love Wawa but this location needs improvement.

Every time that I come, the restroom is closed. Also, everytime they use different excuses. For example, plumbing issues, it is dirty, somebody else is using it. They need to fix that because the do not want to work.

Disgusting!! This is not a real wawa. It's a cheap knockoff. It makes me wonder if the owners of wawa know about this place. I doubt they do or else they would get an injunction to shut the place down. Could you imagine if this place was your first encouter with a wawa? What a nasty first impression that would be. The employees are rude, the place is dirty, the air pumps are in disrepair, only a few of the food items were available, and they close every night. They have to do something about this place. What a disgrace this store must be to an otherwise awsome company. Please Wawa, cut your losses, close this place down.
Parking: The parking is off to the side of the building. It's probably a good idea to park where you can see your car from inside and try to make your visit quick. Lock your doors and don't leave valuables in your car. Do be fooled by the stores close proximity to the sheriff's office. This place is not safe. Be careful.

The service is very bad, the people who serve with a bad attitude put gas in my car and they don't have public bathrooms for women because they only have them for employees! Explain to me how it is possible that a service station does not have public bathrooms for women? Totally crazy!
