Poor customer service. First and foremost I paid cash and my cashier didn’t give me a receipt. I literally came back 5 mins later because the wrong item was purchased. The manager Orel said he’s not giving me a refund because of that reason. He told me if I want a refund I can look in the trash myself. Mind you my receipt was right on top. The other cashier gave me a refund. But it was very unprofessional and RUDE to tell a customer look through the trash yourself.

Tried to get med they kept telling me to come back then told me another location had it I asked for the address and number she told me no she will make the call and get back to me I take seizure med and haves had it all weekend I can not take the off brand I need name brand she was rud and walked away from windo I don't know whst I'm gonna due it's been 6 days I haven had my meds

Chrissy, the pharmacy manager is so kind, patient, and generous. She helped me out in a way that goes above and beyond what any pharmacist has ever done. Thank you, Chrissy!! Your kindness and patient care is beyond words.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would . My husband insurance company called to speak to the pharmacist about an override for a medication and the pharmacist was extremely rude to her. She told me she has never experienced that before and was very upset. I will never use this pharmacy or store again.

Pharmacist was extremely rude and refused to fill my written prescription. Even though I'd another waiting to be picked up, that was electronically submitted by my PCP.Asked me why I'd use his Pharmacy (it's only 4.3 miles from my home) and not the Walgreens closer to me home (less than 1 mile away)???? Why does it matter where I want to get a prescription filled, I don't know ??!!! Didn't say that he doesn't have it in stock, just refused to fill it for me. I'm a white 58 yr old female and he was a black older man. I guess DISCRIMINATION goes both ways. I was extremely upset and left. Will never recommend this Walgreens to anybody else!!!

The manager in the red shirt here (woman with long hair braids) was so rude to me today. All I did was request a copy of my return receipt and she turned it into a huge argument with eye rolls and such attitude. She made me feel so uncomfortable and she embarrassed me in front of other customers. She should not be working a customer service job.

Worst place to get your labs done these people don’t work with appointments I had a 930 appointment and I was waiting for almost an hour I had to leave and go somewhere else if I could give them 0 stars I would .

The must trashy ever Walgreens!! Close this Location!! Dangerous surrounding area for customers even to park in that parking lot. My husband and I even witnessed an employee fight with a shoplifter that the other employees mention that visit that location Everyday!! I feel sorry for the employees that work on that store!! You are lucky to have them. Dangerous Dark parking lot with crazy people wondering around to do who knows what to your customers!
