On February 25, 2023, at approximately 7:50 p.m., I visited the Walgreen's drive-through pharmacy window located at 16795 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33157 to pick up my elderly mother's medications. Unfortunately, the pharmacy technician with a name VENUS written on her shirt informed me that the medications were not in the system and refused to verify them. This was despite the fact that another afro-american lady also a pharmacy technician had previously assured me that the medications would be ready by 7:30 p.m.
I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor, but VENUS informed me that none were working. I then observed the pharmacist, who was nearby, and requested to speak with her. However, she declined to engage in conversation and stated that she was leaving. She did not care about my mom's health and well-being when I told VENUS that my 88 years old mom was in the car because I couldn't leave her alone in the car and she was to take that medication in the morning, a very medically necessary treatment but again she did not care. I wasted time, and fuel in my car to get my medication and encounter that monster called Venus who her main goal was to go home even thought it was not 8PM when the window is supposed to close. VENUS is the worst employee I have engage at any Walgreen's.
I am concerned about the lack of customer service, dedication, empathy and professionalism displayed by the pharmacy technician VENUS and the pharmacist. I would appreciate an investigation into this matter and appropriate action taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

I will never deal with Walgreens again. Your service is non-existent. I was released from the hospital and needed to pick up my prescription. There were 3 people helping one person. There were 4 people behind the counter. I had already verified my name address and date of birth. Now they want me to give them my phone number. At this point they just wouldn't give my prescription to me. I could barely stand and they are giving me a hard time. I pick up prescriptions all the time and verify my address and date of birth. I have never given my phone number.I am a senior citizen and don't need some snooty clerk preventing me from obtaining my necessary medication for my health. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES for doing everything in your power to prevent me from getting better. #WALGREENSSUCKS

Your store on S. Ocean Blvd. needs to inform people on their voice recordings that the pharmacy is CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO YOUR STORE AGAIN

WOW, what a disgrace!!We visting from South Africa for the holidays, and I must say this was by far the worst experience I have had in a foreign country. Walgreens 280 SW Port St Lucie BlvdPharmacist are rude with no compassion for patients, they couldn’t care less if you are in pain and need urgent help.I told the pharmacist that Xpress Urgent Care sent them an email with my prescription medication.At 1st, they could not locate the email. I called Express Urgent Care, who resend the email.I was told we have to wait 30 minutes to an hour. I assume it is to process the order.I told the pharmacist I could not wait that long is their anything they could do.She said unfortunately I have to wait, and if I can't wait, she could transfer the email to another pharmacy.She had a lot of attitude.How is that ? She just walked away and left us standing there.I then accepted the fact that I had to wait. I then spoketo a second pharmacist as the 1st one walked away, who told me they would text us when to collect after verifying our mobile number.I then bought some Ibuprofens to subside the pain and left the store for home.We are still waiting for a call or text.They closed for the day.Another sleepless, painful night.It's a lot of money for me to visit a doctor here, and now I have to wait until the next day for my prescribed medication.They are an absolute disgrace to the profession that is supposed to help people who truly need care.3 staff members on duty who looked at me in disgust because I'm in pain.

I went to the Walgreens on Hollywood Blvd and 37th and assistant mgr Catherine was so rude and disrespectful. I called the store mgr a few times Pedro but never answered me. I called the corporate office and they said someone will call me back but never heard back. So apparently this ok to treat customers rude and disrespectful.

The Walgreens staff on 15th street in wilton manors are so professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courtesy. I look forward to seeing Ann Marie and Andrew...they make my day...

Went to store #4387 on Sept 14 around 10am for a flu shot.. There were two women behind the counter. The pharmacist was working at the computer,asked if she could help. I said I wanted a flu shot. She asked if I was also picking up my prescritions. I said I don't have prescriptions. She asked if I had a middle initial,she said she would put an X as a middle initial. I asked her not to do that. She said all I had to do was remember the next time I came in. I had pic ID,proof of address,DOB.1 Are there policies regarding med records? Yes. The manager took her side. I left the store.Ive shopoed that store for years#4387 for years. Are there policies and procedures ? Retired RN
