I've been sitting here for over an hour to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist put the wrong label on the bottle so now I have to wait another 1 hour. He helped all black folks but the white people had to wait.

Pharmacy is so slow and they charge 2-3x as much. As competitors for a flu shot. Ridiculous.

We need a covid test for our cruise which has to be administered three days before. We flew in and do not have a vehicle in Florida. Walgreens refused to test us without going through the drive through (in a vehicle) but allowed us in the stores without masks. We are triple vaccinated. They recommended booking an Uber to go through the drive through. This is incompetence at its peak.

Worst Walgreens I have ever been too. Extremely slow pharmacy. It is ALWAYS slow. Unfortunately, my review won't change anything as it appears people have been complaining for years about how bad this Walgreens is.

The were a lot nicer today but they don't have any supplies needed for covid 19 they have no knowledge of when or were ??? Really I wonder if the workers are limited to one item when they come in this is the 8th attempt to get rubbing alcohol yes I go as soon as they open. The site says they have available but I was the first there this morning nothing

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE. 2 times in a row they have screwed up my prescription. The 2nd time I even called ahead ( 10 min phone call) to make sure everything was correct and ready to go, which they ensured me it was. I get to the drive thru an hour later and they say it's not ready yet( prescription was called in by doctor 24 hrs ago) then after waiting forever, they come back to the window and say they don't have what I need in stock. WTF was the point of me calling ahead???? Unbelievable incompetence. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I have to say this is the slowest walgreens on earth. Second time back and then I get redirected to stand back in line because the drive-through window does not work. Why doesn't someone put a sign out. Not to mention five people working in the pharmacy and everyone is in reverse!! I've spent more time here than at the doctors with the flu

WORST WALGREENS EVER!!!!! So I took a trip to this Walgreens to purchase some First Aid Product which I had previously looked online to make sure it was in stock. The store showed they had 8 of this item instore . However when I got to the store there was NO product available on the shelf. after looking for about 5 minutes for this item, I then asked the pharmacist to help see if she could locate it! She made no attempt and said she will call over the manager by the name of KRISTOPHER , BADD IDEAL!!! First thing Kristopher said to me is that this is a high theft store so I'm not going to have it.. I then cut my losses and went to the competitor, CVS and picked up the item. The following day I needed another item that showed in stock at this same Walgreens location, and to my surprise I walked to the shelf and this time the product that I needed is completely damaged. So I grabbed this item and asked one of the associates that was working in the store could I speak to a manager to possibly see if they could discount the item because it was damaged. How UNFORTUNATE could I be to get the same manager KRISTOPHER!!! Who has absolutely NO customer service skills, and immediately began to tell me once I asked could he check in the back to see if they had more of this item in stock, told me the very same excuse! THAT THIS IS A HIGH THEFT STORE AND I DONT HAVE IT.. To make matters worse a stock clerk employee that should not have even gotten involved backed up KRISTOPHER and said that yeah someone probably stole the other seven boxes. If I were you, I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WALGREENS location...
