I decided to give them a business doing my first tire change on new Q7, disks were like brand new, no damage at all, car has 12k miles on the clock. All four disks ended up damaged after tire change. I hate that I have to write this review because I've been coming here since I moved to Fort Lauderdale but they took it another level. Typically I get my oil change, I use their coupon but this time I did not have one so I decided to call in and ask about pricing. I told the person from Aqua Shield my car make/model and asked about synthetic oil. They told me $35 over the phone. When I get there, after they've already did the oil change they charged me $89. I dont care that its $89 but its the dishonestly that irritates my soul. I had a feeling the $35 was too good to be true. They told me that regular oil change is $35 but they never disclose any of that over the phone. I actually spoke to the same person twice about this! I am never going back to this place again. I do not trust any place that says once price and charges you another.

My family had been coming here for at least 20 years. After change of ownership we stayed because of Ruben. Today I go in and bring my own oil for an oil change. The kid at the front desk tells me I can't bring in my own parts. Last time I checked oil wasn't a part. I ask for Ruben he says Ruben doesn't work there anymore. He's like let me check if they'll do it for you. 10 minutes later a mechanic comes out asking what I need. Can you change my oil with my oil? He said we'll have to charge you. No way?! He said $30. I would have paid it if the encounter wasn't so painful. I went to Pep Boys. They happily took my oil and charged me $19. Never coming back. Last time I got my oil changed here they never called me to tell me it was done. I called 4 hours later asking if it was ready. Such a shame to destroy such an established and wonderfully run business.

Terrible service and very dishonest…more concerned about getting your money than integrity and doing the right thing! Rueben who has been there many years with Goodyear and stayed with the takeover and buyout of Aqua Shield and is more concerned about impressing the new owners as opposed to being honest! He informed me they changed my transmission fluid, charged me, and when I left I checked and it had not been changed!! VERY DISHONEST business and they should not be in business! Goodyear used to be great the 11 years I was a loyal customer but will never go back or recommend!!

first i found that trent a long time owner retired......the other guy chuck had left in the past year.....both guys were awesome!!!!! i had a very bad feeling about the new owners. so i gave them a chance.....i could tell the new owner had no clue about cars....i told him i need a wheel cylinder, 2 or 3 times he kept repeating that i need a master cylinder.....i had to correct him stating a wheel cylinder......i got a estmate for one wheel cylinder. he told me $250.00 plus tax!!! i said are you $%*%$* kidding me.... i picked up my car and took it to my mechanic i have known for a long time "davids auto" i got both wheel cylinders and rear brakes for $233.00....... this place has no clue about servicing cars or how to bill for repairs.....i have alot of experience on car repair and this place is the worst.....please go else where for car service. dont waste your time!!!!!! go to davids auto 954-463-3815 they are the best!!

Yesterday, I came in a 3:45 to see if I could get an oil change/tire rotation (don't they usually come together? they are together on the goodyear coupon). I'm disaster emergency personnel, who will be driving back and fort to the west coast of FL daily. The gentlemen behind the desk says he can't do it yesterday, he only has one quality tech. However, they had an 8:30 appointment available for today. He even scolded the nice receptionist about how the appointments should be 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, but they had one at nine. However, he says he can take me at 8:30. I come at 8:32, and the place is a zoo. There's a different gentlemen behind the desk who wasn't interested/engaged at all. I ask if my car will be ready by 9:30 so i can leave for west coast, he says "pfffffffff" and walks away. Then, I ask the receptionist, who seems sweet, if they take the goodyear coupon, she explains they don't. Fine. How much is the oil change and tire rotation, and will it be done by 9:30, or I cannot leave the car. The gentleman from yesterday comes out and says "We have been waiting for you since 8. We can only do the oil change." Wow. We went over 8:30 3 times yesterday, and it was confirmed when I checked in. Nor have you been waiting, as it's a zoo. It's already 8:40 by this time, because I have absolutely zero faith they will do it in time. I watched them pull another car in while I was there. The guy who doesn't take walk ins, sure must have taken them this morning. I took my car and left. These people are unorganized and understaffed. Stay away until they get their act together with scheduling and staffing.
