Lived here from 2021-2023. Between aggressive, racist neighbors threatening my partner and I, flooding multiple times throughout the building, dirty and broken common areas, you would think that management would do something, but the property managers onsite (Karie and Ashley) are as lackadaisical as they are incompetent. On multiple occasions I even found broken glass and a used pipe (meth pipe?) sitting on the building’s grounds for days with no action. I cannot in good conscience recommend this apartment to anyone.

We have lived here for a while and just wanted to give a shout out to the cleaning crew (Deya and Ethel) for always keeping Vu New River so tidy and for always smiling and being so welcoming to residents and guests.

I’ve lived in Vu New River since the building opened, almost 10 years now. I’ve really enjoyed it, all the staff are so friendly, especially Ethel. I see her every morning when I’m downstairs getting coffee and she always says a cheerful good morning. Just one of the touches that really makes this place feel like home!

The building and management are simply fantastic. There are two wonderful cleaners in the building who keep our home immaculate. I'd like to especially reach out to Deya who is a darling of a woman with a super kind soul. Come and visit ! This place is an awesome place to live in.

Lived here almost 2 years now. Love living in the building. Management is attentive, maintenance responds quickly and efficiently, Ethel keeps the place clean and always greets you with a happy smile and a hello.

We’ve been living in the building since November of last year (after looking and comparing with many across Fort Lauderdale) and I’m so happy with our choice!! The entire team is great, a special recognition to Deya who always has a nice smile and good morning to give aside from keeping the building impeccable ☺️ ? (as well as the entire cleaning team, valet, + Sigrid in administration). The view of the gym is amazing, the people who live here are very calm and polite, and I love that we’re next to downtown yet this side of the river is very quiet, easy to avoid traffic, and overall beautiful.
