Seriously one of the most unprofessional people I've witnessed. My boyfriend is constantly trying to contact St Louis about his return that he was supposed to get by the summer. Nearly every single time he tries to get an update he's ignored even after sending him $200 via cash app so he could “fix†the problem a previous tax preparer made. We are still getting letters from the IRS after being told several times that it's being taken care of. If you can't fix something, don't take money from customers. Communication goes a long way and you're not going to get it here. Go anywhere else.
