Sara, our Business Representative, stands out as exceptional, covering Fort Lauderdale we have business representatives from California to Florida. When it comes to business needs, there's no one better. She diligently addresses issues left by other Verizon Store reps undone, ensuring everything is in order. Not all reps match her caliber. I just had trade-in credits pending for seven months, neglected by another business rep who got the sale of 5 new lines and a new iphone 15. Sara not only resolved the issue but also ensured I received proper credits. What a mess it was.
My account had missing discounts and other discrepancies, but Sara promptly rectified them. Her professionalism, friendliness, and reliability make her irreplaceable. Whether I'm traveling or at home, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my business needs. Sara is simply the best.

Rick is an assistant manager here and he is an absolute angel. Things started rough but he handled everything perfect. I am very thankful he was kind enough to make sure I left happy. Thank you Rick.

Annmaria was incredibly helpful. The first Verizon employee was not willing to look for a solution to my phone issue and was not willing to submit a request form for the issue. Annmaria jumped in, submitted the request, and in minutes solved my issue and I was on my way! She was very helpful, attentive, and solution driven.
I have used this location in the past and have been pleased with my service. The agent that was helping prior to Annmaria is a negative reflection but I can not hold the whole store to his poor service and lack of effort.

The manager at the door has no costumer service! The 611 Customer service agent had me go there and stayed on the phone with me until I got there and wanted to speak to the manager about my issue and she really didn’t want nothing to do with it but did listen to what he had to say.
She walks away and pretty much left me there just no care in the world. I don’t mean she has to cater to my needs but acknowledge your customer considering we are the reason you have a job.
Then Shanice comes out to help (I would say the wait was short) and I think she was on her personal phone, smiling at it, and texting someone. She looked at that phone a few times then took my phone, really was not caring to hear what I said or what was going on and said your phone is working and I was sent on my merry way. Frustrated between Verizon Customer Service and now the store I left. Wanted to say my peace to the young lady who didn’t care and the manager who didn’t even follow thru to make sure everything was alright considering she knew I was having issues with my phone and iPads.
I came home to find I am still having the same issues!! So I wasted my time going to this location to sit on the phone again with customer service.
I left one company to come to Verizon and it’s been a nightmare since 11/23 and mainly with customer service .
Thank you for NOT helping me!! Thank you for wasting my time to go to your store so I can still have the same issue!!

Had to replace my phone and got the BEST service from Claude !!!! What an amazing employee. He was so friendly and helped us save money on our bill. I have been with Verizon since my first cell phone in 1998 and it’s people like Claude that keep customers around for life. He was also multi-tasking with other customers and cleaning the floors in his down time. What a star, give the man a raise. Thanks again for your 5 Star customer service Claude !!!!!!!

Shanice was rude, unkind, condescending woman who takes delight in wasting your time (after you make an online appointment) but freely texts friends and laughs and wanders away while keeping an elderly customer waiting.
Oh and don’t ask any questions about all of the extras she adds on to your bill…she will speak to you with disrespect or continue to flip back her braids and roll her eyes.
I’ve been in 7 different Verizon stores in MI, PA, OH and DC over the 15 years — I have never been spoken to with such disdain. Can someone please remind her that she is in “customer service?”
