Never in all my years of real estate have been so disrespected by an individual because of the color of my skin.I would love to have you all know that the owner of this establishment is a Racist jewish man. I contacted him about a property he has listed on loopnet. After going back and forth for about 10 mins, he agreed to show me the property. He arrived 10 mins late from the agreed time and greets me. He asks where the client is and i tell him that he’s at work, i’ll be doing a virtual showing. he shakes his head, gets in his car and slams the door.. rolls the window down and tells me to never contact him again. i’m completely flabbergasted! He looked at me with pure disgust as if i was there to set him up when ive been in the real estate business for 3 years.. never do business with this man, even if it has to do with furniture!

Thief alert!! Do NOT shop here!! Avoid at all costs!!!Avoid this store/owner (just do a search and owner’s name will appear) at all costs and read all the reviews especially this one!Let me first start off with my honest mistake (not even a mistake, just a dishonest store owner) paying for my furniture order at this store in full via personal check (given the strict time line I had). Had I stopped a minute and read the previous reviews I would have been spared.First off, I went in the store made a big purchase. Within days of the purchase the owner contacts me stating, “all is on track”, (really just buying time to manipulate my receipts by cancelling items and only delivering a minuscule part of my order), while fleeing with my money; meanwhile, only to be manipulating my receipts and cancelling items (illegal). When asked he stated, “oh, it’s just our systems, all is ok for your delivery”. Days, after, that same issue, more receipt manipulation by him or his worker (a true crime, it’s illegal to manipulate receipts). After calling and getting the same story, I caught on, as he started to make deliveries little by little. Only in the end to not deliver many of the items he was cancelling and I paid for in full. I was ripped off thousands! After, reviewing the reviews, I find he rips people off as a practice, for many have similar stories.I then went to the store to confront him personally. No wonder he has a worker to take the orders and then he is only involved in the communication of feeding you lies. Long story short, when I arrived his employees calls him and puts him on speaker (he is hardly at store only watching cameras from afar because so many people come in with issues of him ripping them off that he knows to never be around). Luckily the assistant must have felt guilty and left him on speaker, for he advised her to call the police. Hearing that and being Black in the US, I knew the time. I happily called the police myself! When the cop arrived and got both stories he advised him to, and I quote, “give the buisness woman her money back!” To no avail, he then offers the cop to offer me like 1/3 of what I’m due. I immediately decline and the cop and I walk out filing a police report on him and his unmonitored unregulated thief buisness.Long story short, in the end I had to sue him; spending thousands more to get my thousands back, only for him to walk away 3 years later (due to covid, courts backed up) basically unaccountable and still practice his thievery.Moreover, beware, he claims to practice only online (Shame on the state of Florida, BBB, and all other so called regulatory agencies that have been contacted throughout by myself and others, but did absolutely nothing on the consumers behalf to protect us and still let’s this thief continue to operate and rip people off).**Side-note: This thief and his buisness claims to be strictly online, but this is false; for investigators found that he is very much still operating at the actual store?!?!?!Hopefully, I have spared some hard working and honest people this nightmare, for the law and so called governing/protective consumer agencies obviously feel it’s fine for a thief to blatantly manipulate receipts (a crime) and not shut him down, or at least investigate him off of complete reviews alone. At minimal a class action suit now needs to be filed, since the law and governing consumer agencies turn a blind eye to a blatant thief!Bottom line: Stay away from Venini Furniture online and ESPECIALLY in this thief’s (the owner) store.You been for-warned, heed and don’t loose your money or waste your time with this crook!

Customer service is terrible. Paid over $900 for a bed and $300 in shipping cost just to be yelled at over the phone when I asked for an estimated delivery date. I was originally told 3-7 days for delivery now that it has been 9 days im being told they don’t know until the shipping company tells them. This is absolute horrible service. To spend money with a company and then be talked to like a child is ridiculous. Shop elsewhere. I don’t even think the bed was actually shipped.

I was most impressed with the excellent response and handling of my request from venini furniture in customer service. Store Manager Mr. Moti made the transaction details painless and expeditiously with great attention to detail.

Before I post my review, I'd like to point out that the owner, Mordechai Funana, who goes by Moti, comments on every bad review saying you must have the wrong company that's not us ( even though most reviews always comment on moti using his name). While that's kind of a hilarious and absolutely crazy, I wanted to point out I am absolutely referring to the right company- Venini furniture. I purchased a bed from Moti, and unfortunately paid through Venmo, otherwise I would've charged back immediately. My review is not regarding the bed, it's regarding the disgusting behavior of moti who had the audacity to yell at me on the phone and hang up on me. When I say yell, I don't mean raise his voice. I mean absolutely yell at me, a woman customer. After purchasing my bed, 4 days later I reached out to let them no I never received any sort of confirmation email, shipping confirmation, nothing. While it wasn't shipped, it would be very fair to want confirmation email as a proof of receipt, and also to make sure they had the right spelling of the address etc as all was done over text and the phone. This for some reason wasn't a concept Moti was able to grasp. He kindly let me know he doesn't need me 1k dollars as he has millions from his 35 year old company. As someone in business for multiple decades, he should very much be aware a confirmation email is common practice ...? He lied and let me know it was already shipped giving me the name of the shipping company with you guessed it- NO TRACKING NUMBER! He lied, it was actually shipped about a week later when he finally did give me tracking to a completely different company. He was lying so I couldn't cancel my order pretending it had already shipped. To make matters worse, I paid for assembly white glove service. The bed came today, of course, the company had no idea that it was white glove delivery and didn't assemble because motis lovely company of course didn't tell them that assembly was included and that I paid for it. It's now been a few days, moti still REFUSES to send me back the assembly money. Whiles it's only 100 dollars, its principal. I paid for assembly and didn't receive it. Plain and simple. He keeps saying he will send it. Never does. Very embarrassing for this man to not even be able to send a 100 dollar Venmo back. Very sleezy. Motis customer service is enough to RUN from this gross company, the same bed is on Wayfair w free shipping except without any of the headache that is this grumpy rude man. Chutzpah is an absolute understatement. It takes a lot for me to post a review, especially when I know it's a Jewish company. But there is no excuse for his disgusting behavior. Terrible customer service, all around terrible person to work with. Try city furniture ! El dorado ! Bloomingdale's ! bernhardt! EVEN IKEA! Literally anywhere but here. Your welcome.

I want to share my experience with Venini Furniture, I got an office chair for only $50 the regular Price was $250 I got this deal from The Best Salesman in the store his name is Moti I definitely recommend this store as they have Great collection and fantastic Prices.

Venini Furniture is the worst company ever, Moti, the owner is a scammer, doesn't return the money to his customers, and doesn't pay correctly to his workers. Promises a lot of things and never fulfills them. Never respond to calls or messages. He will say that is the wrong company and keep lying. NEVER buy him anything. Unprofessional and a liar.

Moti is extremely rude. He likes to talk fast and over talk people. I was trying to order a couch and he asked me for the item number, and repeated it back to me. The couch was supposed to be black and he sent me white. His delivery guys said that he had been making those mistakes all week. When I called him back to try and figure things out, he was again talking over me and being rude and would not let me talk. He tried to make it seem like it was my fault the order was wrong but I gave him the correct item number. I understand that things go wrong sometimes, but customer service is everything, and he did not have to be rude to me.

A very pleasurable experience. Mr. Moti had many great mattresses for sale at very reasonable prices. We bought a tempur pedic mattress and we’re very very happy with our purchase. Definitely come and check him out before paying full price in the big box stores

Absolutely terrible experience. I spent nearly $2,000 on a bed frame, and paid to have it shipped to New York, only to receive the bed cracked and broken. I was extremely disappointed, as I had already waited almost 2 months for the bed to arrive. I immediately took pictures and shared them with Venini’s owner and team. The Company refused to respond to me for weeks, calls and emails went unanswered. Finally the owner answered the phone and was horribly rude to me, and did nothing to rectify the situation. I sent 20+ pictures to the Company and they kept responding asking for more, and would wait weeks in between sending requests.Well now it is May, 6 months since i purchased the item and 6 months since I originally reached out to Venini to report the damage. There has been ZERO resolution thus far, despite my 50+ calls and emails. Even worse, the Company has not responded to me in weeks, ever since I declined their $100 offer. How does $100 make a broken $2000 bed worth it? It doesn’t.Unfortunately it looks like I will have to take the Company to small claims court to address the matter. I am posting to spread awareness and to prevent other people from the nightmare I am experiencing.Lastly, the store is running a scheme by accepting Venmo and Zelle payments.AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!Update: THE OWNER RESPONDED BELOW SAYING HE HAS NO RECORD OF ME, YET I HAVE A LONG EMAIL CHAIN (albeit one sided).I have reported the company to the Better Business Bureau, and again, urge everyone to avoid this store at all costs.

Terrible customer service. They do not honor pricing. They're extremely nice when they are trying to get you to to buy, however as soon as there is an issue they have this " take it or leave it" Attitude. Do not recommend at all!!!!!
