Terrible experience. Chantelle demonstrated unprofessionalism by taking breaks lasting almost 15-20 minutes because she was in “thought process about the past” she also continually burped inches from my face which was very disturbing. She accused me of calling her mentally unstable because I told her i can sense she wasn’t mentally here to properly conduct the lash service after numerous breaks and informing me about how it’s hard for her to focus because the past thoughts were catching up. I feel truly sorry for this young lady and hope that next time she takes a mental day instead of showing up and not taking this seriously. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and the service that was supposed to take a hour and a half went well over two and she wasn’t even half complete. Being at this stage of pregnancy I cannot lay on my back for too long as she says “I’m taking my time” what about the customer time? I felt very uncomfortable and will not be going back anytime again. I didn’t even get to finish my service but it’s fine I wasn’t comfortable at ALL.

I don't know how I'm the first to review but it's probably because she moved locations. I found Chantelle after contacting countless people to do my lashes and brows a week before my bridal shower. I know it was super last minute. To my luck Chantelle had an opening! I have never had my lashes done and didn't know what to expect and was worried I would come out looking weird haha. Chantelle is very nice and accommodating. The whole process took about 1:45. Sitting still with my eyes closed was definitely a challenge but I did it haha. A few cons: there is limited free parking so you'll most likely have to pay. I went to the wrong location and let her know and now she has fixed all the directions online but Yelp: the right address is 2821 East Commercial Blvd Fort Luderdale Fl 33308 Suite 218 Now for the pros: I AM IN LOVE WITH MY LASHES. They look so natural. I have gotten so many compliments on them. I can wake up not do anything and I look great, I used to look so sleepy and tired. Everyone loves how natural they look and how they look on me. Chantelle has converted me and now I'm not sure how I'll go without them. If you've never gotten your lashes done or want natural looking extensions. I 100% recommend Chantelle.

Is no stars an option? This experience was a headache from the beginning. I sent two $25 deposits she said she didn’t receive, after reacting and accepting the day before. She blocked me multiple times before the service I DID not receive because she was 35 minutes late. While booking, there are two addresses on her website. How are your new customers to know that you moved locations? How do you have an attitude and say I am late when I reached the new location 5 minutes later? My appointment was 12:45 … she tells me she will be there at 1. While I arrived on time to wrong location, she told me she was five minutes away, but showed up at (1:18) as I was leaving due to her being late and blocking me. Zero communication. Less than zero professionalism. Instead of directing me upstairs to her suite over the phone, she offered to cancel the appointment twice….. I’m walking around asking where is it and she’s being rude saying I’m not making sense. What??????? Her carelessness caused me to be skeptical of the validity of her business. Her staff actually got an attitude because I was honestly confused why this woman blocked me after I booked two appointments.The location IS real, beautiful and clean but I will dispute the charges and take my business elsewhere.
