I recently visited this post office to send some packages to my daughter in college, arriving at 4:55 PM. Despite being the only person in line, I was refused service and told they were closed. I explained that I urgently needed the packages to go out, but the staff member was completely indifferent and reiterated that they were closed. The lack of empathy and customer service was shocking. I will never return to this facility. Absolutely horrible experience.

Went to the post office this morning at 8:30am. There were 2 people ahead of me and no one at the front desk. We hear music playing so we knew someone was there. We waited until 8:35am, still no one. We started calling out and rang the door bell. Still no one. At 8:39 I started to call out louder. Finally we saw someone come from the back. She walked up, no apologies, no acknowledgement for keep us waiting. Left being late to work and very disappointed. They also have no self help machines so you can avoid this type of service.

I walked in 15 minutes before closing and was told, from behind a closed dutch door that they were closed. No stamp machines and NO SERVICE! Several minutes later an haggard old lady came from around the building, with a postal shirt, angry that I would have the nerve to record her leaving early and getting into her Mercedes. She said I wasn't allowed to record her, "w/o her permission" (in the public parking lot)and when I would not stop, she called BSO stating she was in fear for her life. When BSO arrived she had me trespassed. I requested a name and telephone number of a supervisor, so I could file a formal complaint. Ms. Tan gave the officer the name of a Mr. Drummond(she must have been channeling an episode of Different Strokes) and a telephone number that was, NO LONGER IN SERVICE. Needless to say, I would never go to that location again even if the trespass warning hadnt been issued. Lazy, self entitled, ignorant old hag being paid with tax payer money isn't a reason to provide terrible service to Broward citizens.

The worst usps I’ve ever stepped foot in.Understaffed, not helpful, no forms, loud , noisy.I waited in line for so long only to be told they have no forms to assist me and to try to do it online; even though I tried to do it online there before and called usps before I went there and they told me to go to my local post office as they are the only place that could assist me with this dispute

Any other post office is better than this one. You’ll be waiting as if you’re waiting in line at the DMV.

The Best Post Office I've been to in a Long time ... Both Women at the Front Desk are Very Knowledgeable Very Helpful and Polite.. I've been there when theres Been only 1 person working and She Did a Awesome Job handled everyone with Care ... This is the Place I Always come Too Thank you for all Your Hard Work you do for Us ... I've never Been there when the Gentleman is working always when the 2 women working I've been coming to this place for 4yrs and Never Had 1 Bad thing to Say about This Post Office Keep it you all are Great at what You Do....

Incredible bad service... Pam keeps lecturing people and being verbally abusive towards clientele. I purchased a POBox at this location because I used to like the staff, but now I will have to cancel my order as I would not have to deal with her anymore... I don't know what happened to this USPS staff member... She needs anger management, and that is for sure...

I came to the post office 5451 441 tamarac the lady said put mask on and went to the car got my mask. Walk in and I said government lifted the mask and I went to many post office no one complain about not having mask. The woman maneger 5451 come out from the back and said get lost. I was sending a envelope paying for the service. I want to put a complain against this person. She’s very Rude to people and she was Rude to me few times. I live in tamarac. Please help

EVERYTIME I go to this post office my day is ruined. The employees are unpleasant and rude especially this one man in there.. I’ll never go back. Y’all need new staff....!
