It's always something with this post office.. 2 days in a row there was no one there even though it was well within store hours. Yesterday morning I came to drop off a pre-paid label package and nobody was there. I saw other customers standing outside with their packages, looking through the windows and the store was dark and locked. Then today, I came in the afternoon and the doors were open and the lights were on, but nobody was there. The service desk had the shutters down and there was a hand written note on the door that said 'Out to Lunch!' while there were half a dozen people waiting in the lobby and outside. Why is there only one employee in this location?? If the one person is running late, out to lunch or God forbid, has an emergency, the entire branch just won't get serviced?? The only reason I have to come to this location is because my main USPS has been temporarily closed due to renovations. The short comings of this location is affecting dozens and dozens of people.

I have usps informed delivery and rarely receive my mail at this location still checking to see if I receive mail I was supposed to get over a week ago. This place is terrible.

got here at 1, clerk keeps closing down sporadically for lunch, for as long as even two hours. Nobody else seems to be working here, nor care about their civic duty to the postal service. Don't bother coming in the afternoon, or ever if this behavior is not corrected.

They usually close at lunchtime, but today, on a normal Monday, they’re closed all day without explanation.

Horrible customer service. No matter how friendly you are, you will get attitude thrown at you. Find a different location.

Customer service was awful. The clerk was very rude and condescending. She made it obvious that she hated her job.

As much as I do business with the post office. This is my first review because this lady here at this location doesn't need to run it. She's closing the counter damn near 30 minutes early. Idc the time says 5. Some people can't make it early then this location is closed on Saturday. If yall going to have someone running the store please have some one that isn't ghetto and actually have customer service skills....closing po box.

The worst lady as a costumer she was complaining about not having lunch yet eating popcorn and we had to ring the bell because there was a sign saying it is closed

Open time is 8:30. It is now 9:11 and still not open. This has happened too many times. Many people in line and reporting this happens often!!
