This office is the only office in it's area that stays open to give people time to get off from work. The staff are knowledgeable and pleasant. They do the best they can even though more customers come to this location than most others. Sometimes they are short staffed due to staffing but they get you situated with your postal needs.

This is the worst Post Office I’ve ever used in the entire United States. All the staff here are nasty and act as if they are doing you a favor. The side window for packages and special pick-ups is supposed to be manned from 8am - 4pm but whenever you go during those hours, the door is closed, anyway, and you have to ring the bell and wait forever for someone to come. How can you post hours of operation and then not have someone there? The Post Office needs to fix the operation of this location pronto! It is horrible! There are always long lines in the main office as well. Just awful!

Be careful setting appointments for a passports at this place. The employee or agent might not show up or cancels on you. It’s horrible getting told that you have to reschedule or go somewhere else better after waiting for a while.

Appointment for passport at 10.30 and nobody was working in this area. People waiting with appointments for 1 hour and nobody arrives to work at the passport support area

My experience to this post office has been a disaster!
The supervisor was very inconsiderate do nothing about the line out the door
He does not show any care for customers
Every tome I go I need to wait 45-1 hr
You guys need a new supervisor and more people on the front

The comments are accurate. I dread having to make stops at this USPS location. It’s the one closest to me. Always long lines, very few staff, and they all hate their lives so they take it out on the customers. Can’t get a trip done during lunch breaks cause it takes at least 45 minutes just to drop off a single package. Need to do an overhaul on staff and operations.

Why are there no signs, first telling you that there are separate departments in the post office for sending mail and receiving mail. I waited 20 min in a line to be told I was in the wrong place. Secondly I had to guess where the actual door was with vague "go outside and make a left." Then the lady in here got a attitude when I ask is this the place to pick up packages.

Don't waste your time trying to renew your passport there ....always the same lady at the passport counter ....I'd rather walk to down town......poor lady makes me sad ..

Never been to this post office before…. Was told by my local post office that my package was being held at this location…
An employee went looking in the back for my package over an hour ago and I have not heard anything. When I asked another employee where she went after 45 minutes… she said I need to get you a supervisor because I don’t know where she went.
Been waiting for said manager or supervisor for over 40 minutes now to speak about this package.
Waited an hour and forty minutes with no kind of help or resolution as to where my missing package is. No solution, no supervisor or management to speak to after waiting for an hour and a half at the counter …What a nightmare terrible experience complete waste of time.

I had a scheduled appointment with them, and showed up just in time for it. Edward helped me today. He was so funny and nice! He helped make sure everything was done efficiently and accurately. Prior to working with Edward, a separate employee was very nice to me and directed me on where I needed to go. Thank you for the wonderful service!! :)

My package tracking said it was being held at the 33310 location, which is here. Lady with the short hair didn’t even care to look at what my tracking said. She sent me to the Dixie hwy location and couldn’t even give me an accurate address. She said it was Dixie Hwy when the address was 12th street. The other people working just minded their own business not paying attention to anyone else around. I went to the Dixie hwy location where they literally told me it was scanned and held at this location that I originally went to!!!! Rude and horrible customer service.
