Not worth it. Walked in for a single stamp at 9:15 Monday morning. Before I could get to counter or say a word, the clerk snapped "I'M NOT OPEN, I HAVE TO CLOCK IN! I LITERALLY JUST GOT HERE!" then shouted something similar at the customer that came in right after me. Found another worker in lobby who yelled "YA'LL NEED TO WAIT IN LINE!" when I told her the counter clerk wasn't taking customers. I left without a stamp and slightly confused at the manic behavior.

House of horror.
They don’t open on time. Heavy set lady that is there Friday morning is rude with customer and lazy. I am surprised that someone this lazy and rude is handling mail and interacting with customers. Unfortunately this government job requires zero accountability. I Will never go there again.

Literally the rudest people I’ve ever met, and also couldn’t just stick a piece of tape on the package, instead made me buy a $4 roll of take. Won’t be coming back to this location

I wish I could leave a better review. Unfortunately they can't do the job they get paid to do. After my regular postal carrier retired, my packages going out don't get picked up when I put in a request online. I don't know if it's the generation of people they hire, just don't care or if it is the training. Regardless, today I will drive to the Southside Station to drop off my packages to make sure they go out. I run a business from my house and I am rated for how fast I ship my packages. I also state that I ship same or next day, so I rely on the pick up. Also, getting other people's mail is pretty annoying when all you need to do is match up the house number to the number on the envelope. Smh

One of the best locations in the area. Staff is quick and friendly. Never have any issues like I do at my local PO.

The Caucasian gentleman with the beard was cool and chill but please get rid of the red skin girl with the braids she is rude and ghetto. Everyone’s experience with her was horrible ???

I just visited this post office at 2801 S. Federal Highway in Ft.L at 12:40 pm today. When I walked in, the tall gentleman with the beard was taking care of someone else and I didn't even notice that there was another young lady working there because she just had her head on the counter, taking a nap I guess. After about a minute, she picked up her head and just said "You ready?" So I walked up to her, showed her my return code and the package I wanted to return, which was a shirt in the original package, and then she said "you need to buy tape." I asked "Can you tape this for me please? She stared at me and then just snorted loudly to tickle her ear and said "Nah you need to buy tape." The other clerk with the beard did not say anything, so I walked out. Is this the type of low-class operation the USPS is running now? No option for zero stars.

Just finished a nightmare with a simple forwarding request ( 7 weeks to get it right). Speaking to actual people at the Southside PO even worse than waiting 50+ minutes at a time to speak to each " customer service" rep. The whole organization needs a major attitude overhaul, especially in Florida.

Both clerks were super helpful and friendly, especially given it’s a busy time of year! While I was there,I heard them give multiple people advice about the best most affordable way to send out their shipments. They were efficient and friendly. Thankful to live near a really good post office?
